Sitio 309. Este es un 6 BR, 3 BA. duerme 14. Puedes quedarte en esta hermosa casa a solo dos minutos a pie de la playa, limpia y bien cuidada. Nuestra casa tiene un total de 6 habitaciones y 3 baños. Muy bonita cocina con encimeras de granito. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario. Todos los pisos son de porcelanato, excepto las habitaciones que están alfombradas. Escalera de madera dura. Hermosa vista del lago, así como una bonita vista al mar. Nuestra casa es solo una del lago. A solo 2 o 3 minutos a pie del océano, el parque acuático de la piscina, el parque infantil y más para que usted y sus invitados disfruten.

Dos Bdrs abajo cada uno con una reina, Upstairs tiene dos bdrs con una reina cada uno, un bdr con 2 camas gemelas y un bdr con 2 completos. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. Gran TV en la sala de estar con DVD. Todo con cable extendido. Hermosas vistas desde la cubierta principal muy grande, con muebles de descanso y parrilla para esas excelentes comidas al aire libre. Gran cubierta superior para descansar con excelentes vistas. Nuestra casa tiene una ducha exterior con agua fría / caliente.
También permitimos que nuestros huéspedes utilicen nuestro carrito de golf gratis.
Esta unidad es libre de humo y no se admiten mascotas.
WiFi para nuestros huéspedes también !!

Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay in this home! It fit our multi family very well. Easy short drive to the beach and pool. Owners were quick to respond on checkin day. Would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving Stay

Everything was perfect for everyone! We enjoyed the lake view of the ducks and the area was quiet and cozy! I will definitely recommend and do look forward to next year gathering! Susan was very responsive to my needs!

Good Place for Golf

House was great for a golf get away with friends. The check in process was a bit arduous. Be prepared to have all vehicle information to enter. Overall great spot for our group!

Great home on dead end street in ocean lakes

This home is beautiful and plenty big enough for our large family. The house is right by one of the ponds in ocean lakes so the street it’s on dead ends and the kids really enjoyed using the road for basketball, football, and tag! We would definitely choose this house again to vacation

2023 Family Fall Break

My husband and I and our daughter and her 2 kids, my brother and his wife and daughter and husband, my sister and her husband, and my older sister all came down the week of October 9th. We had a wonderful vacation together and had a great time! The house was very nice and plenty roomy! I even cooked a big southern breakfast and invited some friends that were also staying in the campground! Susan was excellent to work with and went above and beyond for our family and we greatly appreciate it! Would highly recommend house #309!!

Clean, comfortable house with amazing pool facilities & close proximity to the beach!

We loved this place! Very clean & everything in great working order. The owner was excellent to work with and communicate with. The pool Facilities and grounds were amazing! Proximity to beach was great— not on the ocean but very short walk or quick golf cart ride. Most defintlelu would stay here again. The only downside I would say would be there is very limited seating in the living room. The bedrooms accommodate a large party, but very difficult for all the family to sit together and play cards or watch television indoors together. There is a lot of outdoor seating, but in the air conditioned indoors, seating was very tight with just a small sofa and 2 chairs. If this isn’t an issue for you, the house is perfect!! Even with the smaller living area with limited seating, our party of 14 would definitely stay here again! We loved our week in this condo.

Great time with family!

We had an awesome time at this house and Ocean Lakes Campground! The property manager answered the phone or text messages within 5 minutes every time! Beautiful home with enough space for all of us(14). Ocean Lakes was very family oriented with multiple play grounds, an arcade, events at the rec center, etc. We had so much fun. We will be going back. We recommend this house and Ocean Lakes to any family of all ages.

Good vacation rental

Other than the clothes dryer not working it was a good rental. The owner did attempt to get a repairman out but wasn’t able to. So other than having to go do laundry it was good

We had a great time at Ocean Lakes. The house was spacious, beds comfy and we had everything we needed. The owner was very accessible and answered all of my questions promptly. Would rent from them again.

Fun, Close to beach, very family friendly

The positives were the golf carts which teenagers loved. You did have to pay to rent carry’s but worth it. only 740 steps to beach, quiet for so many people, nice big decks to sit on, store, ice and ice cream on the property, plenty of bedrooms for our family of 10. We didn’t get to the pool but was Olympic size with slides. The wifi was great could stream movies. Negatives: Check in was long lines and would like to have know beforehand to go into far left hand line since we pre purchased car ticket, waited 1.5 hours in line first night to rent golf cart, living space was small with only a couch and two chairs, bathrooms were on smaller side and could use some updates, having to bring your own linens or pay for linen service but still have to make beds when you get there. Very crowded beach Overall was a nice place for families

Fall Break

We stayed for 6 days at this property. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach. The owner informed us that the washer start button wasn't working, but we were able to make do. Overall it was a nice stay.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, nicely decorated home, a short walk to the beach. Peekaboo lake & ocean views were nice too. The homeowner Susan, was always quick to return messages. Thankfully she was available the day of check-in, as the cleaning crew accidentally didn’t return the 2 keys to the lockbox. After arrival, we waited approximately 30-40min for them to bring keys back to home. A key code pad on the door would be preferred with a home this size.

Spring Break Family Adventure

The check-in process at Ocean Lakes is a nightmare. Also, did not realize that we had to pay daily fee for each vehicle that we took and just assumed we could park our cars at the rental free and also had to rent a golf cart. The house was nice and we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Internet service and TV’s were only complaint for house.

We had a 60th birthday family celebration at the beach.

This house was a great rental. Very clean, comfortable beds and we had use of the golf cart. Very short walk to the beach and the ocean lakes Halloween decorations and trick or treating was a lot of fun.

Nice House Good Location.

House had 6 bedrooms. Coukk OK c Sc use some bunk beds but nonetheless was clean and perfect for my family. Would book again.
