This 5 bedroom , 3 bathroom Oceanview home. Max 8 Adults and 4-5 Children. Great Parking under the house, you can fit most any type of vehicle, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Parking Station for the Golf Carts . Enjoy our covered porches on a sunny or raining day , lots of seating and dining table, outdoor TV. Upon entering the house , the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. So spacious for all to sit cook , eat enjoy family and friends . The first Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and allows lots of space for all you food and supplies .Washer and dryer on the first floor. 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 queen, 2 full, 4 twin.
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rental peak season. Check in by 4pm, Check out is by 10am.
NO Pets No Smoking/Vaping inside the house. No House Parties. Must be 25 years to rent. Linens are not included and can be requested for additional fee. Golf cart is NOT included. Parking passes are $12.00 per day per vehicle paid to Ocean Lakes

Great house close to the beach

We loved our stay, the house is close to the beach. Great layout with all very comfy beds, had everything we needed. Easy check-in too! Enjoyed spending time under the house in a fun little hang out spot!

We had a great stay in this vacation home. It was as listed, very clean, and had plenty of room for our group of 10. There was plenty of space for parking at the house and great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family enjoyed the week at this property. Home was clean and kitchen very well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. Loved the location and close proximity to all activities. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fun Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful beach vacation at this property! The house was so clean, the owners were very communicative and responsive, and the location was SO close the beach, which made it so convenient, whether by foot or by golf cart! We were blessed with awesome weather while we visited, so we enjoyed beautiful beach days and pool time. Grateful for a memorable trip!

Great Place to Stay

This house had everything my family needed and is located in a great area of Ocean Lakes. Prefect for a Famliy stay with quick access to the beach and campground amenities. You can tell the owner takes pride in the house and it is in fantastic shape. Lots of kitchens items very available from Keurig Coffee maker to Air fryer. We will stay here again.

Our stay here was amazing! David made everything so easy and was always available if we needed anything. The way this house is set up worked great for our group of 11. A dream vacation!

Our family with four children under 5 stayed for the week. It was the perfect spot. Super close to the beach and only a short trip to all other amenities. The house was perfect. Any issues we had were immediately resolved by the owner who was so patient with us and very responsive. The price was very fair for the location and time of year. We would definitely book this home again!

Our best stay at Ocean Lakes yet!

This house was beautiful! We’ve stayed at multiple houses in Ocean Lakes over the years and this one was our absolute favorite! It was clean, smelled good, the perfect size with the perfect amount and sizes of beds and only about 7 houses from the beach! We could tell by the communication from the owner that it was important to him that we enjoy our time in his vacation home and make memories with our family. We’ve also decided to stay in this home from now on when we go to Ocean Lakes (which is every summer)!

Perfect Spot

House was even better than advertised! It had a very well stocked kitchen and the view off the front porch was so nice. A quiet street was perfect for a 7 year old to ride his bike and the swing under the balcony was a blast for the 7 and 11 year olds. We could walk to the beach and had a short golf cart ride to the pools and stores. We will be going back there! And the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to emails.

One of Our Best Ever Stays!

We throughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was furnished with a ton of items that we needed to enjoy a week at the beach with three young families. We loved the outdoor areas on the patio and ground level. There was a lot of room for our vehicles and golf carts to park. One of the best things about this property was the homeowners, who made the process so simple and easy. It means a lot to have someone not only check-in with you regularly to ensure you are enjoying your stay, but to also be there quickly to fix any issues or answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Excellent property!

This house is very nice, clean & on a fairly quiet street in OL. Location was easily accessible. The owner was very responsive & helpful with all questions/needs. I was impressed that when I realized I had forgot a few items, they had one available in the house ex: scissors, dryer sheets, sharpie marker. The deck had shade of the morning which allowed us to enjoy our coffee outside. There were also ceiling fans in each bedroom which was a nice touch. This is a house that I would definitely book again & recommend to others!

June Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay for a week. It was located within walking distance to the ocean, yet still a quiet street. The roads were a little narrow, but plenty of space to park multiple vehicles. We had a full size SUV and had no issues getting in and out. Absolutely loved being able to sit on the porch in the mornings and feel the breeze and see the ocean. It was very clean and better than the pictures provided. The owner was very quick to respond with any issues we had. No hesitation, he was on it. Highly recommend this property.

Seconds from the beach

Great house only 200 steps from the sand. Plenty of room in the house for the 11 family members that went. We did not feel like we were on top of one another at any point. Down stairs where we parked was awesome with the outdoor tv and lounge area. Well lit. Porch area was great to sit on at night. We had room for three cars and three golf carts. Great memories were made.

Family Trip July 2025

This house was perfect for our family. The downstairs was spacious for 10 family members to eat, watch tv and play games. The upstairs was great with two bedrooms on each side of the stairwell with a bathroom to share. This house was so close to the beach you really didn't need to drive a cart unless you were taking a lot of stuff down. We also had plenty of room for 3 cars and two golf carts. Loved this place a lot... If I had to say one negative and it wasn't anything the homeowner could do but a house was being built next to this house and the concrete work was done while we were there and it was a nightmare trying to get in and out of the property, but that only lasted the majority of one day and it was mostly quiet after that.

Probably our favorite beach house that we have rented at ocean lakes (we have rented over 10). Location was perfect, owner communicated well and was wonderful to work with. Hope to rent from them again.
