Living on the Ile de Ré was a dream, we want to share it with you, come and stay in this pretty house (see Rêv'en Ré) in the heart of the typical village of Sainte Marie de Ré. Close to the park, fitness trail, bowling greens, Montamer beach, as well as tennis, football, skate courts. You will also be close to the market and cycle paths. It is an ideal place, which will delight young and old alike.<br><br>ATTENTION: Rental from Saturday to Saturday JULY AND AUGUST, other possibilities outside these dates.<br><br>This 62 m² apartment is completely new. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. You can enjoy its pretty terrace and its furniture as well as its barbecue. You will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, it has induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, senseo, kettle and toaster.<br><br>Located in an ideal area for families, close to shops and restaurants, the rental is located at:<br>- 400 m from the restaurant "Les Tilleuls",<br>- 400 m from the restaurant "Le bar à quai",<br>- 400 m from the market<br>- 700 m from the sandy beach "de Montamer",<br>- 450 m from the "contact crossroads"<br>- 10 km from "La Rochelle" airport,<br>- 14 km from the "La Rochelle" train station,<br><br>Our islander's advice: walk along the wild cycle paths of Sainte-Marie de Ré and breathe in the salty air on the pebble beaches. Away from the rest of the hustle and bustle of the Ile de Ré, take advantage of the pretty market square for a good meal.<br>This furnished apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi access.<br>The tourist tax is added to the amount of the rental. <br>Different prices depending on the season and number of people.<br>Currently until August 30, 2025:<br><br>Price for 4 people: 1505 € in summer/ 805 € in mid season/ 595 € in low season<br>Price for 6 people: 1785 € in summer/1176 € in mid season/ 770 € in low season<br><br>A cash deposit of 80 euros for the cleaning.<br>Smokers are allowed in the accommodation but invited to smoke outside for the well-being of the accommodation and future guests.<br>Dogs under 10 kg are welcome but their needs will be outside the property for a fee of €45 for the stay.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la maison de vacances sur l’Île de Ré. Le nom « Rêv’en Ré » n’est vraiment pas exagéré, car nous avons passé des vacances de rêve !Un grand merci pour votre accueil si chaleureux et vos conseils outils !

Das Ferienhaus war ganz neu, wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. DIe Ausstattung war sehr gut, mit ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfen und allem was man im Haushalt braucht. Die Kommunikation war bestens, die Gastgeber haben immer innerhalb von kürzester Zeit geantwortet und haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Terrasse war sehr sonnig. Besonders schön war der gemeinsame Abend mit Anne und Philipp zum Apéro, wodurch wir uns etwas besser kennenlernen konnten. Ein Fahrradständer vor dem Haus ist auch noch vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Très belle maison neuve, très bien agencée et équipée tout près du centre de Sainte-Marie / La Noue. Toutes les pistes cyclables à portée pour circuler sur le reste de l’île rapidement.Les hôtes sont très accueillants et prévenants.

Super séjour dans un logement tout neuf avec tout le nécessaire y compris pour notre fille de presque 2 ans. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis et avons pu apprendre à connaître nos hôtes lors d'un apéro très convivial. Nous gardons cette adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Une superbe surprise, un véritable havre de paix, un hebergement de qualite avec des prestations au top . Le calme est au rendez vous, une terrasse privative avec pelouse, les commerces à proximité ainsi que les plages. Séjour de rêve dans une maison très joliment décorée, très bien équipée, au calme, idéalement située dans Sainte Marie, tout près des commerces, d'une petite place très agréable et des plages.Nous avons partagé un moment très agréable avec les propriétaires charmants et très accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

très belle adresse à Sainte Marie de Ré, propriétaires très accueillants !

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 grands enfants dans la villa Rêv'en Ré. La maison est spacieuse, neuve, joliment décorée et conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Anne et Philippe sont aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe bien. Apéritif ensemble très convivial. Nous recommandons cette adresse !
