Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Bicycling Location

This home was perfect for 2 cycling couples wanting to ride the Razorback Greenway! The location right next to a trail entrance meant we could depart from the house each day without having to put the bikes back on the car. The house is centrally located on the trail so by the end of the weekend we had explored all the way to both the northern and southern end of the Greenway. The house itself was immaculate and very well appointed. All the linens felt brand new; all the appliances were in excellent condition; the beds were super comfortable; the WiFi was fast and reliable; the enclosed patio out back was cozy in the evenings; and the split-plan floor plan with the living room separating the bedroom wings made it perfectly private for 2 couples to share. A grocery store is within 2.5 miles and Bentonville Downtown with excellent nightlife and shopping is an easy drive away. We live within a couple of hours of Biker's Paradise so we will be recommending this home to many of our cycling friends looking for a comfortable way to spend the weekend or longer exploring the many cycling trails in the Rogers/Bentonville area. Thanks Veronica for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location

Just do it! This is a great house and in a great location. It was very clean, beds and other furniture was comfortable, water pressure was fantastic, kitchen cabinets were stocked. There were fire extinguishers visible and available. Ample storage in bedrooms, bathrooms, and pantry. A pack-n-play would fit in any bedroom, and the master could fit an inflatable twin (we brought). Very quiet neighborhood, less than 10 to Walmart, Target, restaurants. Wonderful hosts with great communication! Renting was a breeze. Thank you so much for opening up this home to us! We will stay again!

Pickleball trip

Absolutely loved the location and home, particularly the screened in back porch. The house was very close to everything we wanted to do and was well equipped for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to stay in NWA

We stayed here for my Grandpa's funeral weekend. It was comfortable and cozy, just what we needed for the weekend. Also, very clean and great location to my family. The Christmas tree was a nice touch.

Spotless & Cozy

Entry to the home was a breeze and, once inside, we found a meticulously maintained home. There was plenty of seating in the LR, and the dining table sat 6. The kitchen is small but we'll appointed. New appliances, nice fluffy towels. The location is close to I49 & easily accessible to shopping & bike trails. AT&T had an outage during our stay, but the owners were quick to respond & they were helpful.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house was as advertised - close to the highway, so clean and comfortable, the screened-in back porch was great to have coffee and be able to watch the little kids play. We would stay there again without question - it was a lovely neighborhood and the landscaping and neatness of the house was evident from the time we first pulled in the driveway. I would recommend this home to anyone as a great base for your vacation in Arkansas!
