Sonoran Sea 612W Beach Front with Special Amenities

Ours is a one bedroom condo with a queen size sleeper in the living room. It is one of only a few one bedroom condos that has 2 decks, a spacious one in front overlooking the Sea of Cortez and another smaller one with great views of the "Rocky Point" of Puerto Peñasco. The condo features a fast fiber optic wifi connection. There are 2 televisions with Fire TV connecting you to Netflix, Peacock, Paramount+ and much more! The living room TV has YouTube TV with NFL Sunday Ticket. The TV is connected to a soundbar with a subwoofer. The soundbar also has Bluetooth to connect your phone to play your favorite music. Included is a six port USB charger with 2 connections each for Apple, Android USB C, and USB Mini, The kitchen features a well stocked pantry, Keurig Coffee Machine with 2 flavors of creamers, powerful Blentec blender, and 5 gallon water jug with an electric pump - plus all the utensils you could want. You will find a king size bed in the ample bedroom along with one of the Fire TV's. The bathroom features a medicine cabinet with basic items included. In the shower, you'll find a dispenser with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner at your fingertips. The deck is equipped with 4 chairs, 2 of which are comfortable Adirondack style and a table. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are not absentee owners. It is our "home away from home" also.

We had a great stay, our room was clean,AC kept our room at perfect temperature and everything was well stocked, our host Mike was available to address any questions. The view from the room was stunning, and although the pool was in front of us on lower level, it was not loud at all.

The perfect beach getaway!

We chose this property because of all the great reviews and were not disappointed. The location is perfect and everything in this condo was exactly what you would need for a beach getaway. The host was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable and convenient

Our stay way very nice! The room was packed with essentials the beds were beyond comfortable including the pull out. The views were amazing and Michael was a great communicative host. Would definitely recommend staying in this room.

Great Rental

We absolutely loved this rental. It was very clean and had everything you wanted plus more. I was very thankful that the host thought about adding simple things like a fully stocked Keurig coffee station, it was very helpful in the mornings. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect!

My husband and I came down to Rocky Point for our anniversary. We've stayed at many different condos in the past but this was the best! Beautiful condo, amazing views, easy check in and out and excellent communication with the owner. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect stay!

Wonderful Place

This was our first time at the resort and we were very happy with the condo and the resort amenities.The communication with the owner was great as he responded quickly with all communication. The condo was very well stocked for cooking. I would suggest bringing some of your own food as the grocery stores are limited. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a quick trip to Rocky Point. The place was clean and our hosts walked us through everything via text for check in and check out. We pulled up to the gate, showed our QR code and went right in to the lobby for our wristbands, then up to the condo with a keyless entry. Everything was easy. Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

There are many condo choices in Rocky Point. We stayed in several before we bought this one. Some well maintained, some not. Most condos are managed and maintained by a rental agency. Ours was before we bought it. Their maintenance leaves much to be desired. We are not absentee owners. This is our home away from home also. We have fixed all of the issues we discovered. Plus we have added several nice amenities as pictured above that you won't find in most other condos.
