Spectacular views from this 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms beachfront PENTHOUSE condo at the Sonoran Sea Resort in Puerto Penasco, Mexico (Rocky Point). Enjoy breathtaking panoramic 180-degree views of Sandy Beach and the Sea of Cortez from this spacious, top-floor condo. Whether you enjoy leisurely strolls on the beach, swimming in one of the three beachfront pools, exercising in the resort’s well-equipped fitness center, or simply hanging out with friends and family - this condo is perfect for you! It is located within a gated community protected by its 24-hour security patrol, the Sonoran Sea Resort offers its guests a wide array of amenities. There is truly something here for everyone!
You will find the condo’s living area to be both spacious and relaxing. It has all the “creature comforts” you would desire - comfortable furniture for lounging, three NEW Smart TV’s and a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking. Propietario/a: Vincent Rapisarda
Vincent, Steve, and Colleen are next-door neighbors in Oro Valley (Tucson area) and have been good friends for over fifteen years. Vincent wears several hats - supervisor of mining operations in multiple states, property development and management (Arizona, New Mexico, and Mississippi), and his favorite role - dad to a wonderful daughter. Steve and Colleen, married for 35 years and parents to three wonderful adults, recently retired - Steve from a career in laboratory equipment and Colleen as a science teacher.

Vincent has been a frequent visitor to Puerto Penasco for more than 40 years and has loved its charm and beauty as well as the friendliness of the people that is found throughout the town. Steve and Colleen were “late comers” to Puerto Penasco, their first visit earlier this year. But once experienced “all things Rocky Point”, they were hooked and it was just a matter where to put down roots. The choice of Sonoran Sea Resort, with its array of amenities and spectacular views from our penthouse condo, fulfilled everything we could have hoped.
