Gite in the owners' house. 2nd floor with independent access from outside: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms with TV each (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single bunk beds; 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (multi-jet shower with WC), separate WC. Washer-dryer (combined). Front balcony. Ground. Private car park. From this cottage located along a small road, several options are available to you for skiing: the Hauteluce - Val Joly les Contamines area, the Espace Diamant area with the Saisies resort or Arêches-Beaufort. The living room opens onto a front balcony from where the view is breathtaking over the village and the valley. The large 1500 m² sloping plot will delight young and old alike to frolic in peace.
