This spacious unit has an open floor plan with 4 en-suite bedrooms (note: 4th bedroom is a loft). 2 sundecks open to a lovely landscaped backyard with a pond, waterfall and a grassy play area (perfect for building snowmen) right outside your door. The home is beautifully appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a fabulous Mammoth vacation any time of the year. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, and fishing.

Highly desirable unit has a private bath for all guest sleeping areas, including the loft. Special location overlooks a pond with a gentle waterfall to enjoy during summer months and a large snowy yard to enjoy during the winter. Only one common wall with nobody above or below the unit offers a peaceful and private environment.

Guests have access to the entire unit, including private direct access garage and additional parking in driveway.

Great Townhouse, Great Location

We had a great stay at this property. The property was as described and was well apportioned with everything we needed. The location was great for us and provided a convenient short drive up Old Mammoth Rd to Lake Mary and Lake George for early morning fishing trips. Communication with Jennifer was always met with a quick response. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience!

I would like to start out by saying how amazing Jenifer was in full communication from checking to check out and everything in between. What a great experience! This townhouse was so dialed in with everything we needed Fully stocked super clean Wi-Fi TVs Netflix for connectivity the garage was amazing and would highly recommend this Beautiful home to anyone and everyone is looking for a full turnkey experience and definitely ask for Jenifer. Thank you for making this a great vacation for myself and family we look forward to booking again for the snow season. Thank you, John Hayes and the Hayes Family
