I used this apartment as my base to travel around the area. The place is close to stores and close to a couple Nice restaurants. Great value for the money. The management team is extremely responsive.

Great for hockey families

Minutes from the Kenai rink made this location great for those early morning games!! Clean and cozy and the host was so friendly and accommodating - even making sure we had twin beds for the kids! Would definitely stay here again for another hockey weekend!

Dip Netting trip

The perfect location to the Kenai dock for our charter. I spoke to Kristie about a couple of minor things to add to her place. A pleasant experience and would recommend if you are staying in Kenai, AK.

July 26-27, 2026Vrbo description was not correct in these ways:Negative-No twin bed/mattress in room with queen bed. -Queen bed wasn’t comfortable -Twin bedroom with pull out bed had a very dirty mattress-No extra sheets for pull out bed -one extra throw blanket for entire house .., not enough-no washer or dryer at the place -doesn’t sleep 6 only 5 people-located in a run down area -towels appears dirty and fuzzy all over black towels-toilet was load and seemed like it had issues Was correct in these areas:Positive-Twin beds were comfortable-Cute decorated -Fit enough for 6 people but wasn’t prepped for this size -good location for close to ocean -close to stores-big size refrigerator/freezer-bathroom was good and clean

I’m so sorry to hear about the pullout being dirty and that you couldn’t find the sheets. They are located in the bottom drawer of the dresser. I’m just now seeing this but will take the pullout out as soon as current guest checks out. I am also putting another twin with queen in small bedroom. I’m not sure how but it appears that the last guest swiped it! This is not the norm for use and I’m fixing all of the issues ASAP!

Front of building looks a little run down but inside was ok. Interior not updated but beds were ok except queen squeaked all night when you rolled over. Mostly don’t count on sleeping on the pullout, it was not a clean mattress and no sheets.

Pleasant Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the rental. We had just driven around the housing complex and taken aback my the number of units. Once inside were pleased to find a recently renovated unit that was well appointed and comfortable. The only draw back was the very small kitchen area that included the table. We did find everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book again. It is conveniently located in the Kenia area.

Good location

We had a great stay. We walked to the beach almost everyday. There is a park along the way that the girls enjoyed. There were a few electrical outlets that didn’t work, other then that everything was great. We would would stay again if we ever go back to Kenai.
