Una bella 9 Suite Corporate Ski dentro / fuori casa sopra la base del Peak 8.
Accesso sciistico molto facile agli impianti di risalita e sci.
Possibilità di sciare fino a 8 impianti di risalita.

Questa lussuosa casa di montagna è un ampio mini hotel da 9 suite!
Siamo situati su una pista privata al largo della montagna principale. (picco 8)
Entrate e uscite sci molto facili. Nessuna guida richiesta.
Puoi facilmente raggiungere la scuola di sci, la casetta principale e tutti i sentieri con il nostro centro di montagna. Molto facile ritorno a casa per tubi caldi sulle piste.
Abbiamo una grande sala sci con calcio balilla e tv per recuperare tutte le condizioni attuali. Metti gli sci e vai!
Io apro e spalmo ogni giorno e controllo la vasca idromassaggio giorno dopo giorno.
Puoi davvero goderti la tua vacanza facendoci fare la spesa per te, basta inviare una lista di tutti i tuoi cibi e bevande preferiti e faremo il check in in maniera super facile!
Ho vissuto qui in città per 40 anni e sono disponibile per qualsiasi problema immediatamente.
Non rimarrai deluso.

Eccellente piccola casa aziendale ..

Questa casa offre un accesso eccellente a tutte le attività estive. Mountain bike o escursione sulla pista da sci.
Con un ampio parcheggio, siamo in grado di gestire gruppi di tutte le dimensioni.
Abbiamo una meravigliosa cava di sabbia per giochi e bambini.
Cammina verso la città o prendi il sentiero delle fate in uno dei nostri laghi di montagna preziosi.

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a Breckenridge, in Peak 8, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e in riva al fiume. Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) e Copper Mountain Ski Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. We loved the location, every room had its own bathroom. The hot tub was perfect. The owner helped clear the driveway every day and was always available to answer our questions. The dumb waiter was so nice to have to bring our groceries up! Will stay again for sure.

Everything at the house was great. I had a group of 10 guys that I brought for a work trip. The house had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and to have our own privacy.

Magical snowy getaway

We loved this home! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a great stay. Patrick did the grocery shopping and kept the driveway cleared and hot tub ready. I highly recommend this property for a large group!

Big place, great location

Huge footprint, lots of rooms. Quirky layout and lots of stairs but that was part of the fun for us. Had everything we needed and you can not beat the location, you can ski right into the driveway. 5 star experience for us.

Great stay

Patrick was very helpful and responsive. He Made the extra effort to take the trash out and maintain the hot tub while we were there. Easy ski in and out and very roomy.

Family ski trip

The Hacienda was the perfect place to host a family ski trip! The house offered many gathering spots, whether we chose to play games or needed a quiet space to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for our group of 15. The BBQ was a plus! The property was excellent for “ski in” with a bit of difficulty on the “ski out” but this might be attributed to the lack of snow on the roads. Excellent time with the family!

Best House!

The pictures of the Hacienda don't do it justice. The house had more than enough space for our two families. And the location right on the mountain was perfect for ski in and ski out. Patrick could not have been more accommodating and was there to plow and assist in any way we needed. Can not recommend this house enough.

Amazing Time

We had an amazing stay and the home was just beautiful. Even the drive-up was just incredible. Patrick catered one of our meals and he was super friendly and professional. The food was in my opinion excellent. I would recommend this location for any party larger than 8 people.

Great location.

Large rental as described in the listing. Well appointed kitchen. We prepared three meals a day for 15 people for six days without breaking a sweat. Everything we needed to do that was available to us. Patrick was available and responsive. Thanks for a great time.

Extended Family Thanksmas Celebration

We had a large group coming from multiple locations. This home satisfied all our needs. The en suite rooms were fantastic as listed. The kitchen was supplied with the necessary tools. Pat and Petra were always available and helpful while giving us the space to feel private. The ski in ski out set up worked great and we were lucky to have great weather. Top of the line

I was in Breck with a group of guys for a long ski weekend. I can't say enough about the house. There are several rooms to gather, talk, play cards or watch TV. This is an amazing house. While we didn't cook, it had to have one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen for a rental. While we were there Breck recieved well over 30 inches of snow. Plows came through more than once a day to clean the driveway, and Patrick and Petra kept the decks clean. Ski in/ ski out is one of the easiest and most convenient I've experienced. A short run down to Snowflake starts the day, and an easy out off of 4 O'Clock wins it up. For a big crowd, this house is a can't miss.

Super spacious East ski in/ski out

We had 19 adults during our 5 day stay at La Hacienda. The lay out of this property is perfect. Not once did anyone feel over crowded. There is plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own privacy including their own bathroom/shower. This property is true a ski in/ ski out! You can throw your skis on and go straight down to snow flake lift or walk 3 houses up the street to be at peak 8! Patrick was a phenomenal host. He kindly gathered all of our groceries before we arrived. On top of that the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to host 20 people easily. They came by and emptied the trash and maintained the hot tub for us. You can get downtown in a few minutes with the free shuttle or you can easily Uber if you want to explore the town. This truly was the best trip I’ve been on ever and would highly recommend La Hacienda property to anyone!

You Won't Regret It!

Our group had an excellent experience during the summer! The home’s theme and décor in each room was quite fun! There were multiple gathering areas and smaller ones for privacy. The kitchen was well-stocked. The extra fridge in the garage (an additional great “hangout room” with foosball table) was great, since we made most of our meals at the home. The location is awesome! Loved the hike down to the Sawmill Reservoir. There was a note in the home notebook about how the owner donates any unopened food items, which was helpful, as we had bought too much. The washer and dryer were quite small for such a large home. Those machines got a LOT of work the latter part of the week. A few minor issues, and the maintenance person came the next morning. About the summer, for future guests—The Breckenridge Resort gondola and activities were down for nearly the whole week we went (we could go the last full day and the lines were sooo slow). We ended up going to Copper Resort and those activities were really awesome, with little-to-no wait. I’m still glad we stayed in Breckenridge and would definitely do so again. There’s the “troll”, adjacent to “railroad playground” park. Also the Country Boy Mine nearby, a robust downtown with shops & restaurants, as well as a fantastic Breck Recreation indoor pool with long slide (& lap pool) –call in advance about when the camp kids use it. And ask the home owner about half-off passes for the Rec Center (it has other great activities, too!).

The property was clean, spacious, homey....it simply had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of being able to ski from the home + we could be in downtown Breck in minutes. Amazing stay! Patrick was fabulous to work with.

Fabulous vacation house

What a beautiful house. It was the prefect place to enjoy our ski vacation in Breckenridge. There were only 6 of us due to the Covid restrictions, but it would have been perfect for all 11 of us. The views are incredible, and the comfort of the home is amazing. Patrick was very attentive to any of our questions or needs. We hope to visit again when our entire family can come.

Location! Location! Location!
We enjoy this property because it is in the old school part of Breckenridge up and away from all the college kids, loud garbage trucks and snowplows. Yet very easy to get to Town and entire mountain with it's central peak 8 location. Super easy access to skiing, ski home to grab lunch and hit the slopes again. In summer the ski runs transform to hike/mountain bike trails. Walk with kids to Peak 8 Fun park for roller coasters zip lines and chair lift rides!
