The living room with a fireplace and the dining area are located on the first floor, and each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The fourth shared bathroom is located on the first floor.

On the 3000 m² plot there is plenty of space for children to play and swing. The pool invites you to refresh yourself on hot days and on the covered terrace you can spend cozy, shared evenings with a glass of wine. The owners of the house also have a restaurant TURIST nearby, where you can try local Istrian specialties at very reasonable prices. On the neighboring property is the well-known Barba Tone riding ranch, which offers riding lessons and tours. Here, besides horses, you can see many other animals, especially nice for children. Adventure lovers will have fun in the nearby Glavani Adrenaline Park or the 4x4 Quad Club. We recommend a visit to Rovinj, Rabac or Medulin with its beautiful sandy beach. Enjoy the peace and comfort of rural life. The nearest beaches are in Duga Uvala and Luka Krnica.
