In a very quiet neighborhood just 100 meters from the beach, we are offering our fully renovated and fully equipped vacation home.

With a total area of 140 m², the house features 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It includes a small, fully enclosed garden of 300 m².

The property
On the first floor:
Large open-concept space featuring:
- An entryway with storage
- A bright living room opening onto the terrace with a fireplace and TV, and a dining room with a table for 8 people
- A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine.

Master suite including:
- A double bedroom with natural light, king-size bed (180 x 190), ample storage space
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, single sink, electric towel warmer
- Separate toilet

Upstairs:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), built-in closet, vanity unit
- Two bedrooms: each with 2 twin beds (90 x 190) and a vanity unit, plenty of storage space
- Separate toilet

- Laundry room in the garage with washer, dryer, and sink

Outside:
- Deck chairs.
- Large west-facing terrace, furnished with a dining table for 8 people, chairs, and a beach umbrella.
- Outdoor shower with hot water
- Street parking in front of the house

CHECK-IN
Key box system or someone on-site upon your arrival.
If you enter the property via the key box, our service provider will stop by within the first 24 hours to ensure you’re settled in comfortably. They will also be available to assist with any issues throughout your stay

You will be given two sets of keys and a remote control for the automatic garage door upon arrival. All items must be returned at the end of your stay

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must take place by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Additional notes
Included: Wi-Fi, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), bath towels, and dish towels. Beach towels are not provided!

Important to note:
The open staircase in the living room is not secured. It leads to a room that is not available for rent. Therefore, please exercise caution, especially with young children, who remain the responsibility of their parents throughout the entire stay.
