Enjoy spectacular views of the Blue Pacific from this 35th floor unit Waikiki Banyan Tower II condo. Our unit has ocean views (from living room, bedroom and balcony), probably the best at the Waikiki Banyan (and the our annual property tax bill seems to confirm it), of both the Golf Coast and Canoe and Queen’s surf breaks over St. Augustine Chapel. We also have a partial view of Diamond Head and a view of Kapiolani park adjacent to the Honolulu Zoo. This high floor Waikiki Banyan unit faces west and has direct, frontal panoramic ocean views. Of our five condos, because of its unparalleled views (not reflected in photos), the Hawaii County Assessor sends us for this condo the highest property tax bill every year.
Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, DVD & CD player, free wifi, and free unassigned parking in Banyan's large attached garage structure. There is a lanai (balcony) facing the ocean with a table and two chairs for breakfast.
In residence guests can enjoy our sixth floor pool deck with a large swimming pool, two jacuzzis, a sauna, tennis court, electric coin operated (quarters) BBQ grills, lounge sunning chairs around pool, children play structure, fast food booth. Up to four persons staying in a condo can use the pool deck at any one time.
Unit has a cheerful island motif and was upgraded March 7, 2017 with new kitchen maple cabinets, kitchen center island, granite countertops, tile floors throughout, new oven & microwave, new wall art work. Bathroom was enlarged and upgraded two years ago (granite counter top, new cabinet, cast iron tub, travertine tile). We installed a new flat screen Sharp 40 inch TV. This will turn "standard condo" to "deluxe condo." Free unassigned parking in Waikiki Banyan's attached multilevel parking structure and free wifi.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed and the living room has a pull out queen sized sofa bed (comfortably sleeps one) . We can also bring in a high quality inflatable queen bed, twin bed(s), or play pen. There is a full sized kitchen with a microwave, large assortment of pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc... All linens are provided. The laundry room is down the hallway on the right. We supply hair dryer, iron & board, beach towels, some toiletries.
We don't supply beach equipment (too diverse and short lived) however our guests leave us a steady stream of it which is available for use.
Our condo does not get the morning sun waking you up. Each exquisite view is a work of glorious art!
Calendar reflects the actual occupancy in our condo and you can book right away by simply clicking the 'BOOK IT' button on your right & filling out information on the VRBO generated form. The exact price for your stay will appear for you to approve. The GET tax is 4.712% and the TAT tax is 10.25% of the nightly rate. Cleaning Fee is $125 + 4.712% GET tax and 10.25% TAT tax for stays under 30 days and $175 + 4.712% GET tax and 10.25% TAT tax for stays over 30 days.
We have enabled VRBO "Instant Booking" so your booking request is instantly confirmed without further hassles. When final payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival date, VRBO will send you payment request invoice for balance due. Once paid, you will be sent detailed entry instructions including entry punch code, so you can enter condo anytime after 3 pm check in time, wifi codes, and other important information for your stay.
For unforeseen events we recommend you purchase travel insurance such as from www.travelguard.com (reasonable).
FREE PARKING in the Waikiki Banyan's garage is included as well as FREE WIFI INTERNET service. Absolutely NO SMOKING please.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we really enjoyed our 10 days in your condo on the 35th floor at the Waikiki Banyan. It was clean, very well equipped and in an excellent location. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the spacious lanai having our breakfast or dinner. The views are beautiful! The condo had absolutely everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. It's a short walk to the beach, shopping, bus and the zoo. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent your condo again!
