In Saint-Malo, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment in a quiet alley 300 m from the beach of bon secours, with wifi, 63 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (without elevator) it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport and parking :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park close to the accommodation : paid parking.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Malo, about 9 min by car (2.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, approx. 1h05 by car (76.3 km)
- From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal just a 5-minute walk away.

- a physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
