The Cocoonr Agency offers you, located in the heart of Saint-Malo intramuros, this 60m² T3 flat that can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) of a small condominium. It will offer you all the comfort you need for a good stay: A fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, two shower rooms with WC. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is charged in all Intra Muros streets as well as in the car parks around Intra Muros.

- St Malo Intra Muros is served by buses: lines 2/3/9
- Saint Malo train station: 2km (30m walk) or bus line 2
- Dinard airport: 25 minutes by car - London in 50 minutes
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.

- For security reasons, the windows are half-open, but cannot be fully opened (no window railings).
- Bed linen and towels included
- The terrestrial TV signal is unstable.
- The flat is not designed to accommodate disabled people in the strict sense of the law, but as it is easily accessible, the degree of disability may allow it to be used.
- Free Wi-Fi available
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes or taking out the bins.
- The flat occupies the entire 2nd floor, with one step between the living room and the dining room.
To access your flat, you can choose between two options:

Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the flat, or 5 minutes by car from the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé "Sécurité Sociale", lines 2 and 8.

A physical welcome: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and give you the keys.

Nearby attractions:
Bon-Secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand's tomb is located.
All the shops are within easy walking distance of the flat.

Visits
La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From the Place St-Vincent, you'll find buses and coaches leaving for all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.

Food
On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find some great local produce: butter and cheese from Chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as a number of restaurants, including Breizh café, Cambusier, and down the road at L'Absynthe.
