Ideal for day trips, the Lot department is full of major attractions such as Padirac, Rocamadour, and St. Cirq-Lapopie.
Located between Figeac and Capdenac, at the foot of one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the banks of the Lot River and in the heart of a natural area, our home is nestled in a lush, authentic setting—timeless and almost hidden away.
Far from the city and traffic, you can enjoy the peace and quiet; the birdsong, the poolside, family, friends… life itself!

The property is situated on a 2,000 m² plot filled with flowers and trees, with no neighbors directly across the way.
It is a fully restored former barn, built on two levels, with an attached dovecote. Facing southeast, the building is bright while remaining exceptionally well-insulated thanks to its thick stone walls and wooden shutters, which protect it from the intense heat.

The interior features generous spaces (160 m²), designed to recreate the authentic and comfortable atmosphere of homes that are easy to live in.


On the first floor, the living room, dining room, and kitchen form a single open-concept space of approximately 70 m². Also located here are the sitting room, the laundry room, and access to the kitchen terrace.

The upper floor features three bedrooms (not adjoining), a quiet room, and a bathroom; there is a private terrace accessible from the master bedroom.
All beds are queen-size (160×200) and of high quality; all bedrooms feature a fan, tea-making facilities, and ample storage space.

In addition, each level has its own restroom.

During the summer, a pool, barbecue, and covered terrace area are also available to guests.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, the outdoor terraces, and the pool.

Surrounding the property are our vegetable gardens, cultivated according to permaculture principles; feel free to ask about what’s in season!

We also have a canoe and two kayaks that we can lend you for a trip on the Lot River, located 200 meters away—at your own risk.

There are many walking trails in the area, whether heading up into the hills or along the banks of the Lot River… where you can try your hand at carp fishing…

Pool maintenance is performed every other day, in the morning before 9:00 a.m.

We speak English and Spanish fluently.
