Honey Week

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days with our granddaughters. The apartment was clean and the amenities were great. The pool and lazy river was a daily hit. The location was also perfect. The kids watched the Dollywood fireworks every night from the balcony. We were 5-10 minutes away from endless activities.

Great location

Very nice condo. Easy check-in, very clean. Close to all atractions we wanted to see. Only reason we gave it 4 stars was because we couldn't set air conditioner lower than 70. We like sleeping in a very cold room and 70 was too warm.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This property is near the parkway and you can be anywhere within no time! Super clean and the balcony gives you a perfect view of mountains and activities around you. We WILL stay again. We have stayed in many cabins, hotels and condos but this was by far our favorite!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Toiletries

The only issue we had was that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay as well as 2garbage bags, 1 laundry soap for 1 load and 1 cleaner for 1 load of dishes. We should have been told of this.

Siblings Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start off by saying we went during Spring Break. We called like we were supposed to do upon arriving in Pigeon Forge but it still took until almost 6:00 to get into our condo. The property management were very nice and as helpful as they could be. We arrived there at a very busy time of year so you really have to be patient in these situations. We left when they said our rental wasn’t ready had a very late lunch, early supper. It still wasn’t ready when we returned but we were so tired from our trip up, we just waited until they finished. We received a meal, which was very unexpected and I was very impressed with. They did not have to provide that. The condos are exceptionally well kept. The area is beautiful. I would highly recommend them to everyone. You cannot blame late room entry on them when it is at a high turnover time of year. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice but the master bathroom needs lots of work. Jacuzzi tub was filthy & there was a spot by the tub that could be replaced. Better kitchen appliances & initial soaps would be nice.

Good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our view and the pool. The condo was good but was not great. The tub had black stuff come out when turned on, the floors turned our feet black if we walked around barefoot and the toilet hot clogged. When we called for assistance they just brought and left a plunger. We have always loved our stay but this one was just different.

Perfect spot just off the parkway -Some wander out to the Mountains - some went shopping - others took kids to attractions - Only thing missing was a view of anything besides PF - This units balcony faces east - The fireworks at night were a treat - We’d stay here again

Gatlinburg

Overall the area was nice, pretty view. The condo was clean, however the jacuzzi tub was disgustingly dirty. My sister-in-law attempted to take a bath and when she turned on the jets black water came out into the tub, so clearly the jacuzzi tub had not been cleaned properly. It left a black film in the tub after she let the water out. I have never seen that, probably need to train your housekeepers how to properly clean a jucuzzi tub.
