Come and immerse yourself in the world of our vintage caravan in the middle of a green setting! You are on a wooded plot of 6000 m2 on the edge of a wood to go on the hiking trails!<br>Here you will take a breath of fresh air, you will enjoy peace and quiet but also many possibilities for outdoor activities!<br>Ideal for lovers of nature, the countryside and the great outdoors!!<br><br>+++ INSIDE +++<br><br>The caravan is equipped with 2 double bed spaces with blackout curtains for a restful sleep! It can accommodate up to 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). <br>You have the possibility to add a tent near the caravan to accommodate 1 or 2 additional travelers (10 Euros per night and per additional person).<br>It also has storage space as well as a small cabin with sink and mirror.<br><br>+++ IMPORTANT TO KNOW +++<br><br>* Our caravan offers you a break from everyday life, a return to basics and an immersion in nature. You will therefore not find an oven, microwave oven, dishwasher or television and internet connection! <br>But you'll find plenty more here in our little paradise to keep you happy!<br><br>*Bed linen is provided for the duration of your stay. <br>However, we invite you to bring your towels.<br><br>+++ OUTSIDE +++<br><br>You will enjoy a lot of green spaces and in particular a terrace with garden furniture, arbour, barbecue and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a hob, sink, fridge, storage and all the necessary kitchen accessories.<br><br>Finally, a wooden hut houses the sanitary area with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.<br><br>Access to the caravan is via a private road and you have a parking space right next to the caravan.<br><br>+++ SHOPS +++<br><br>Shops (bakery, tabas-press, etc.) and supermarkets are located 10 minutes from the accommodation.<br><br>You will also have the opportunity to discover our weekly local markets in the surrounding area (Mondays in Duras, Tuesdays in Sauveterre de Guyenne, Fridays in Monségur and Saturdays in La Réole) as well as our many gourmet night markets (Wednesday evening in Monségur and Meilhan sur Garonne, Thursday evening in Marmande, Friday evening in Lévignac de Guyenne)<br><br>+++ ACTIVITIES AND VISITS +++:<br><br>Here we are at the junction between the departments of Gironde and Lot et Garonne, but also very close to the Dordogne. This location offers an infinite range of discoveries!! <br><br>For example, you can:<br><br>* Visit the bastides and villages in the surrounding area such as Monségur, La Réole, Sauveterre de Guyenne, Blasimon, Meilhan sur Garonne...<br><br>*Visit the castles of the region, for example that of Duras (47), Nérac (47), Bonaguil (47) or Villandraut (33), Roquetaillade (in Mazères, 33), and the castle of Malromé (former home of Toulouse-Lautrec in Saint André du Bois, 33). <br><br>* Cool off in the lakes of the region (Fontet, Blasimon, Casteljaloux) or thanks to the beaches on the banks of the Garonne (Marmande, 47) or on the banks of the Lot (Clairac, Castelmoron sur Lot, 47)<br><br>* Discover our magnificent waterways by canoeing on the Garonne, the Dropt or the Lot. <br><br>* Take to the skies by practicing tree climbing in Sainte Colombe de Duras <br><br>* Ride a bike along the Garonne canal or head toward Bordeaux on the Roger Lapébie cycle path!<br><br>As you can see, there is no shortage of outdoor activities and visits in our beautiful region!!
