Townhouse with private parking

Fully equipped 3 bedroom townhouse in safe quiet location in a popular Dublin suburb. Only a 5 minute walk to University College Dublin. Public transport and basic shopping facilities are also available within walking distance.
The house sleeps 5 adults as standard. Where the group size is larger we can add a futon to accommodate the extra person.
The house has a very small back yard but no back garden. There is a paved front garden with some shrubs. Cars may be parked in the front garden.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My family lived in the house for a number of years before we built our current home on an adjoining plot. We have rented the house for the last 10 years - at times for short term / holiday use and sometimes for longer periods.
