Welcome to the Maison des Ifs, a large, authentic yet comfortable and functional family home, ideal for a weekend or vacation with friends or family. Enjoy nature and relaxation in the 5,000m2 garden and south-facing terrace.

Situated 6km from the village of Yport, 7km from Fécamp and 12km from Etretat, Maison des Ifs is just a few minutes from the beach, yet offers a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

Ideally located, with its 14 beds and two cots for babies, the house will be perfect for your reunion with family or friends.

** The accommodation **

La Maison des Ifs, a 19th-century manor house, offers a blend of authenticity and comfort. It's ideal for travelers who appreciate the charm of the old: moldings, parquet floors, fireplaces, creaky staircases and all the little defects of an old house...

The house is organized around a central staircase:

- First floor: entrance hall leading to the various living areas: living room opening onto the billiard room, kitchen opening onto the dining room.

- 1st floor: three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160*200) and a bathroom (double basin and shower)

- 2nd floor: three bedrooms with 2 double beds (140*200), and one bedroom with 4 single beds - this room is equipped with numerous games for children. This floor also features 1 bathroom (single basin, shower and bath).

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Vehicles can be parked in the garden.

Travel cots and high chair available.

The house is located in the heart of the village, within walking distance of shops (bakery, grocery store, bar-tabac) and a gas station.

The geographical location of the house means that there are several close neighbors around the house, so we ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood for the duration of their stay. Parties are absolutely forbidden.
