Are you a beach person or a pool person? Would you like to work remotely with all the amenities? Why not have the best of all worlds. The condo is located within Interlachen on the western side of Pelican Bay. Pelican Bay offers three miles of private beachfront with complimentary beach chair and umbrella service, two Gulf-side restaurants, tram service, tennis, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fitness center and programs, biking and walking trails and more. The condo is close to the Pelican Bay Marker 36, 1 mile to Waterside Shops and dining, 0.8 miles to Artis-Naples, 2.5 miles to Venetian Village, 5 miles to Mercato, and 7.5 miles to downtown Naples.

Interlachen at Pelican Bay offers the most charming oasis pool and is located right across the street from the beach shuttle. The shuttle will take you to your two private beach clubs.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offers gorgeous lake and Club Pelican golf course views from the 400-square-foot lanai and master bedroom suite. The updated kitchen (2018), New appliances (2024) master bedroom and living areas (renovation Summer, 2021) offer comfort and luxury. Newly furnished, September 2021. The split floor plan provides ample space for your guests and visitors. Kitchen is newly appointed with everything you need to enjoy cooking and entertaining. Great wifi, wifi printer and computer monitor available should you need to work during your visit. Pelican Bay renters can enjoy an unbeatable amenity package, including access to state-of-the-art fitness center, excellent tennis program and miles of walkways and bike trails.

While staying within the Pelican Bay development, guests are provided access to the private Pelican Bay Beaches, restaurants & amenities. There is a $150/person ID charge that guest will have to pay after booking the property.

**As the community limits number of rentals, we are only considering 30 day rental minimum in 2025 as required by our HOA community. Before leasing our Pelican Bay home, renters must submit application documents for Interlachen and Pelican Bay approval a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the lease**. Requires 2 references for HOA approval

The best of Pelican Bay

This is a beautiful place in the heart of Pelican Bay - close to everything. You can walk or bike to tennis, walk or tram to the beach, walk or bike to the nearby shops - and best of all, the bikes are included! Beautifully and comfortably furnished in a contemporary, non-stuffy style. And the lanai has to be among the biggest in Pelican Bay. My wife and I worked during the day and "vacationed" on the weekends. It was the perfect way to spend a couple of months escaping a cold midwestern winter!

We are native Chicagoans and have been coming to Naples for 20+ years to visit family members in the area. We decided to purchase the Interlachen property mid year 2021 with the plan to use for renters and visit in off season. We have been remodeling the unit through 2021 with more improvements planned in 2022.


As we have traveled a fair amount and used VRBO and Airbnb, we have come to expect a high level of service and accommodations. We hope our unit provides just that to you.

We looked for quite some time and fell in love with the Pelican Bay community and amenities. We ideally wanted a property where we could walk to the beach which is exactly what this unit provides.
