This lovely property has been given a little make over with a new exterior paint job and new flooring in all 3 bedrooms. An in ground pool is awaiting for your use! The pool is heated for an additional weekly cost. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room with a 50" smart TV, and outdoor patio with barbecue grill. Located within 5 miles of Robert K Rees Memorial Park , it's a short car ride to beautiful sand beaches, where you will find comfortable facilities, nature trails, barbecues & playgrounds. You are within 5 minutes driving distance to restaurants, grocery, ATM, gas stations, shopping centers. There are 25 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

New Port Richey has a charming small town feel. Set along the Pithlachascotee River, often called the Cotee river, is beautiful Simm's Park & close by main street with several restaurants, bars & live entertainment. Situated on Florida's west coast New Port Richey is centrally located, approximate 45 min drive from the Tampa International Airport and 1 ½ hour drive from Orlando. Boating and fishing are very popular activities here and boat rentals and fishing licenses can be arranged easily just minutes away. There are many wonderful and varied attractions close by: 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, 35 minutes to Clearwater beach, 35 minutes to Bush Gardens Theme Park, 35 minutes to Weeke Wachee Mermaid Show, and 1.5 hours to Disney World.

Spring break

Property was beautiful and well kept. Had everything you could need! Kids loved the pool toys available. Pool was perfect size especially for kiddos.

Enjoyed the property ...except for the showers

Enjoyed the property. Clean and well stocked. However, the showers need grab bars. One guest fell in the shower and received 8 staples to close his wound.

Winter getaway

The home and pool were just as shown on the listing. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The home was very clean. the pool was like bath water. Nice neighborhood very quiet. Looking forward to coming back next year.
