The house was very nice clean and organized. Beautiful view and great location. The only problem was no air conditioning it’s probably needed only one month out of the year. Unfortunately it was very warm in the upstairs bedrooms while we were there

Wonderful oceanside home! Beautiful inside and outside. This property had everything we needed and more! The kitchen and rooms are well-stocked with high quality items and appliances. We loved the deck and easy access to the beach. Our week here had amazing sunsets and clouds and ship watching. Great memories.

This place was amazing! Perfect gathering place. Spacious, clean, well equipped and absolutely beautiful! The view was spectacular, and sunsets were amazing. Owners were helpful and considerate and communicative. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Family wedding in Bellingham

Kitchen is fully stocked. The home is beautifully decorated. Our last night we enjoyed a barbecue on the back patio, enjoying the sunset.This is just a lovely property.

We had a great family vacation, with many traveling from the East coast. Everyone loved the house and location. Plenty of room for meals in the house and on the deck. Lots of kitchen items for preparing everything we ate. Would definitely recommend for large familes, perfect for the little ones to roam the beach and gather treasures.

Beautiful Home Beautiful View

Very beautiful and well appointed home. Our family loves to cook and they had everything we needed. After our evening meal we were able to relax and watch a beautiful sunset. Great neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. Very comfortable place to stay. I would stay there again.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We came here with a couple of our close friends for a rellaxing weekend. The home is absolutely beautiful and right next to the beach. It felt luxurious and secluded but still accessible to bellingham and stores. There were a few things that needed to be addressed but the owner was very responsive and we resolved them quickly. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Great Birthday Getaway

We had an amazing time. SO much space for my husband and daughters Bday celebrate. 8 adults all had their own space in this big beautiful home. The hosts have thought of everything! you will not be disappointed.

A Special Thanksgiving!

Our family just spent a very special Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed yet still homey and comfortable. The views are breathtaking! The kitchen is incredibly stocked and we were able to cook a large Thanksgiving meal with all of the cookware provided. Vivian was wonderful and very responsive from start to finish. No one in our group wanted to leave and we can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated a family members 80th birthday here and it was the perfect place. The house slept 7 adults comfortably. We hosted a dinner for about 20 family members with no problems. The house is well equipped for entertainment. The house is also great for general relaxation. Beach access is available right off the deck. If you walk the beach from end to end, I believe it is a 5 mile walk which is awesome first thing in the morning.The location of the house is a bit remote from facilities, which is good and bad. Just plan accordingly. There is a gas station and convenience store 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery store is 15 minutes or so. Part of our family lives in Bellingham, which is half an hour away. This was not an issue for us.We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, so the area was kind of busy as expected. If you like fireworks on the 4th this is your place. The neighbors will provide you with a free show of grand proportions. On the days prior to the 4th the neighborhood was very peaceful.The condition of the house is top notch. It was exceptionally clean and well arranged. We had a couple of trivial issues, and the owner response was immediate and gracious. In my experience of renting houses this was one of our best experiences. If this house fits your budget I would highly recommend it.

Gorgeous Getaway

What a wonderful way to start December, and thus the holiday season. We have a family of seven and this home was perfect, and just what we needed. Right on the beach shore, neat and tucked not too far from Bellingham, and easy to get to and from. The home is gorgeous, with an equally gorgeous view we enjoyed from the moment we woke up! This home is lovely inside and out, with the maritime decor just right which is rare from most VRBOs who over do it; a sophisticated and welcoming home with great Owners who answered emails without delay and were beyond reasonable in the check in and check out. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped for our family. Well stocked kitchen with appliances for every need. Beach towels, bikes, lovely patio furniture and relaxing outdoor spaces. A quiet neighborhood with nearby tennis/pickleball court. We easily commuted for activities in Seattle, Mt Baker, & N Cascades park. We couldn’t have asked for more accommodating and communicative hosts.

The perfect place to slow down and enjoy the view

From the moment we opened the front door and were able to see the ocean out the picture windows we knew we made the right decision to book this house for our week stay in Northern Washington! The set up of the home was perfect for our family which included three young children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at the house. The location was remote, but not so much so that it was inconvenient to run into town for anything needed. We loved sleeping with the windows open, listening to the waves crashing on the beach and waking up to a refreshing breeze off the water. The home is absolutely beautiful and what our family would consider a dream beach house! The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and made our stay at their home easy and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment spent at the house and hope to visit again soon!

Stunning home with all the comforts of your own home and beyond!

Vivian and Bob came to our rescue as we had another home reserved that was cancelled 10 days out and they accommodated us for the days we needed for our son's wedding nearby. Vivian was so thoughtful and brought in a crib, even though she had a pack and play there. We weren't there much during the day but we felt like we came "home" to where our family could be together for great conversations and memories. One grandson started crying because he didn't want it to end. The kids loved collecting shells on the beach. We highly recommend this home for anyone that needs a getaway. Thank you Bob and Vivian!
