In the middle of the Mediterranean scrub of the Cinque Terre, 1 km from San Bernardino in the municipality of Vernazza, awaits this vacation apartment, from whose equipped terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding headlands. Ideal location to visit the Cinque Terre and Levanto, where you can practice several water sports. The living room and one bedroom have air conditioning. The window in the bedroom with bunk bed is at a height of about 2 meters. The road to the house is not asphalted, the parking lot is 100 m away, from here a path and stairs lead to the apartment. Arrival at the latest at 8 pm. A different arrival time must be agreed with the owner.

Don’t waste your $$

Property is extremely hard to access, the owner was unable to provide any advice on how to get from the train station to the property. In fact, he hung up on us twice. We ended up going back to Florence (where we came from) and booked a hotel for the two nights we had intended to stay in Vernazza.

Ruhiger Rückzugsort zentral in den Cinque Terre

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf San Bernadino und Monterosso. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Die Endreinigung wurde nicht allzu gründlich durchgeführt. Wir haben von hier aus viele Ausflüge unternommen und einen schönen Urlaub in den Cinque Terre verbracht.

Sauberkeit ungenügend und falsche Angaben

Die Bude ist total heruntergerockt. Sauber war dort nichts als wir eingecheckt haben. Es war total dreckig und es lagen überall noch Haare rum. Wem dir Küche noch nicht den Rest gibt sollte sich das Badezimmer anschauen. Die Duschkabine ist noch immer nicht repariert. Wlan ist ein Witz, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nach dem Zufallsprinzip. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, von den hupenden Autos mal abgesehen. Die Zufahrt ist nur aus einer Richtung möglich. Am besten mit Geländewagen und viel Bodenfreiheit. Die Einfahrt ist komplett zugewuchert. Anschließend darf man dann noch 100m zu Fuß zum Haus gehen. Ganz dicht am schlecht gesicherten Abgrund. Caffè und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 1000m sind nicht vorhanden. Ein Strand schonmal gar nicht. Die Straßen sind abenteuerlich. Für die Wanderwege, wenn sie denn noch vorhandenen sind, braucht man stellenweise eine Kletterausbildung.

Terrible communication and no understanding

I booked this home with travel protection because I was planning on taking my elderly mother on a tour of Italy and this was a place she eagerly wanted to see. I ended up booking the wrong dates for the stay which was a mistake that I take full responsibility for. I reached out to the property manager to ask if we could transfer the dates to dates that were clearly still open for rent and was told that this was not possible even with the travel insurance I had purchased. I was told that the “cancellation fee” was the full amount of the rented price. When I explained the situation further hoping that there would be some kind of understanding or empathy for the situation, I got a response that was entirely in German which is not a language I speak and not the language we had been corresponding in previously. I emailed the property again to inform them that I did not understand the language they had randomly decided to switch to and was then ignored until after the date that the property had been rented- leaving no option to even finalize the cancellation. Most people on these kinds of sites operate with a basic level of human understanding and realize that mistakes and other unexpected events sometimes do happen (which is why travel insurance is an option.) Not so with Novasol. This is an entity that is happy to take your money and then ignore you. Terrible experience and will never book through them again.

L’appartement et cosy, très bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux. Perché dans la montagne avec une vue sublime, le calme règne en maître. Très bien situé pour visiter les cinque terre. Nous reviendrons !

Vernazza bequem mit Bus und Corniglia mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Strassen sind nicht für Fahranfänger geegnet.

Wunderschöne Lage in absoluter Ruhe

Wir haben die Woche in der Unterkunft in Vernazza sehr genossen. Abseits des Trubels der Cinque Terre Dörfer war es ein Ort der Ruhe mit wunderschönem Blick auf die hügelige Landschaft und das Meer. Ein sehr netter Empfang durch die Eigentümer machte gleich zu Beginn den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder

Wanderdomizil in traumhafter Lage

Die zweckmäßig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an einem der markierten Wanderwege inmitten der überaus reizvollen Natur- und Kulturlandschaft des Cinque Terre-Gebietes etwa 3 km oberhalb von Vernazza und bietet herrlichen Ausblick auf die ligurische Küste mit dem Ort Monterosso und die Wein-. und Oliventerassen mit dem Weiler San Bernardino gegenüber. Von hier aus kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen auf verschiedenen markierten Wegen durch den Nationalpark Cinque Terre machen. Eine kleiner Bus verbindet mehrmals am Tag Vernazza mit den Weilern oberhalb. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW kann dieser auf einem kleinen privaten Parkplatz ca. 100 m vor der Ferienwohnung, die dann zu Fuß über einen schmalen Weg und einige Treppenstufen erreicht werden kann. Die Vermieter haben uns kurz vor der Ankunft telefonisch kontaktiert und dann sehr freundlich empfangen, in die Wohnung eingewiesen, die Funktion der Einrichtungen erklärt und während des Aufenthaltes mit Wein aus eigener Produktion beschenkt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage kann wärmen oder kühlen. Highlight ist die kleine Terasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, auch zwei Liegestühle, von der aus man einen herrlichen Ausblick über die grandiose Landschaft genießen kann. Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage, etwas abgelegen von den Menschenmassen in den Cinque Terre Dörfern, dennoch kann man alles sehr gut erreichen - mit Bus von San Bernadino, zu Fuß entlang der Wanderwege oder, wenn es sein muss, mit dem Auto. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Austattung top. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch! Abends nach einer Wanderung auf dem Balkon den Sonnenuntergang entspannt zu genießen war traumhaft. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
