Super house and great owner

Nice place. Very nice view on 2 sides of the see. Complete. Very nice owner. Easy to communicate (in English and Italian) with Deepl translate 😁.

Sehr schöne Wohnung,

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sie war sehr sauber. Der Balkon war eher klein, der Ausblick jedoch sehr schön. Pitelli ist ein kleines Bergdorf mit einem Supermarkt. Die Pizzeria ist eher ein Lieferdienst, jedoch kann man auch vor Ort essen. Rund um Pitelli kann man auch gut mit dem Bus fahren, der kostenlose ist. Trotzdem ist es empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, da die Busse nach 18.00 Uhr nicht mehr fahren. Wer gut zu Fuß ist und gerne wandert, kann von Pitelli aus schöne Wanderungen machen. Natürlich ist Pitelli auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cinque Terre

Appartement parfait pour un séjour familial ou entre amis. Chien bienvenu. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile, il est très sympathique et a l'écoute. La vue est juste magnifique. A louer sans hésiter.

Alles Perfekt/Tutto perfetto

Es war ein Klasse Aufenthalt bei Silvio. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Bei Problemen wurde direkt gehandelt und es wurde einem geholfen und zusätzlich Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie in der Anzeige. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Silvio. Era un soggiorno di classe con Silvio. Non c'era assolutamente nulla di cui lamentarsi. In caso di problemi, si è agito direttamente e si è stati aiutati e sono stati dati ulteriori consigli. L'appartamento è esattamente come nell'annuncio. Ci piacerebbe tornare. Grazie Silvio.

Férias em pitelli

Uma casa acolhedora éramos 6 pessoas e ficamos todos acomodados o único senão foram os colchões podiam ser mais macios casa apetrechada com os utensílios nessesario para o dia a dia (cozinha, casa de banho roupa das camas toalhas etc). Vista magnífica para o mar a aldeia em si muito pituresca na zona antiga ruas muito estreitas todas muito bem enfeitadas. Agora a parte negativa mas mesmo negativa era o estacionamento ruas sempre cheias com os carros dos locais e muitas vezes tinha que estacionar o carro longe de casa. Resumindo foram umas férias ótimas recomendo.

Glücklich in Pitelli

Pitelli ist ein ganz wunderbarer Ort, aber es ist ein Auto von Nöten. Parkplatzsuche kein Problem. Es gibt zwei Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Pizzeria und eine Bar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war super, der Strand in San Terenzo in der Nähe. Dazu noch Lerici und La Spezia. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und wollen nach Ligurien wieder kommen.

Evadere dopo una giornata di mare

L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla fuori dal caos della vita di mare. Unica pecca ma generalizzata a tutta la Liguria è il parcheggio... bisogna armarsi di tanta pazienza.

Appartamento identico a come viene descritto nel sito. Pulito, accessoriato di tutto, ampi spazi. Impagabile la vista sul golfo di Lerici. A noi è piaciuta anche la posizione. Fuori dal caos della costa. Borgo tranquillo Da ritornarci

Haut de villa situé dans un magnifique petit village en hauteur sui offre du balcon une vue sur la baie de Lerici et Portovenere. Facile d'accès et excellent point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres. Logement propre, calme et très fonctionnel. Propriétaire très sympa. Excellente adresse.

Superbe région

Belle location, très propre, proche des 5 terres. Gianluca (fils du proprio) est très serviable. L appartement est bien équipé, il manque juste un micro-onde. Petit bémol l'appartement est situé sur la rue principale donc beaucoup de passage de voiture et c'est compliqué de se stationner dans la rue.Il n'y a pas d'emplacement dédicacé à la location.

Appartamento molto pulito ed ordinato con ottimi spazi. Non manca niente..c'è anche il decoder sky che noi abbiamo utilizzato con la nostra tessera. Bellissima vista dal balconcino che merita veramente. Casa molto fresca e superattrezzata. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni. Parcheggio in strada ma, anche se agosto, abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Da non perdere!!!

appartement très sympathique a 2 pas de la mer

Très bien meublé. Salle de bain toute neuve. Belle vue sur la mer mais balcon trop petit pour pouvoir y manger. On peut aller à la mer a pied, au début suivre la route puis un chemin (voir google maps) . Compter 40 min. Sinon 10 en voiture. Idéal pour la visite des cinque terre.

L'appartement est très agréable dans un village sur les hauteurs du Golfe des Poètes.

L'accueil de Gian luca le fils du propriétaire est très sympathique. Le seul bémol serait le fait que l'appartement est au premier étage et l'escalier d'accès est très raide. Cela a posé un problème à ma tante âgée. Mais très bien situé pour visiter les cinque terre.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, netter Vermieter, alles Nötige vorhanden. Kleine Abstriche bezüglich des Mobiliars - eines der zwei Sofas hängt durch und wäre nächstens zu erneuern. Sonst alles tiptop. Mit Auto gute Erreichbarkeit der 5 Terre und Toscana (Pisa, Lucca).

A very comfortable apartment with magnificent views

We loved this apartment in the small village of Pitelli with fabulous views down to the sea. We were very comfortable, everything worked and we enjoyed being away from the noise and traffic along the coast. The only slight problem we had was the arrival. We thought a key might have been left or some arrangement made for our arrival, as the owner does not live on the premises.. Fortunately our computer worked outside the apartment so we were able to get in touch with the owner who arranged for his parents to come with the key. We had a lovely week and look forward to a return visit.

Casa nuova e pulitissima e proprietari disponibili

Sono stata lì per dieci giorni con il mio fidanzato ed un'altra coppia di amici. Le foto non rendono bene. La casa è pulita, funzionale, fornita di tutto e comodissima oltre che fresca. La veduta dal balcone di casa è impagabile. E i proprietari sono stati molto carini nel fornirci tutte le informazioni e disponibili in tutto. Nel paese non c'è molto, bisogna spostarsi con l'auto ma si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Porto Venere, Le Cinque Terre, Sarzana, ecc. Consigliatissima.
