Antique country house in a beautiful hilly position, ideal for excursions to the area of the Monti Sabini with archaeological remains, the Abbey of Farfa from 1100, Roccantica and Casperia. Enjoy the wide view of the valley and in the distance Mount Soratte. Property of about 6 hectares with olive groves and vineyards, meadows and pine forests, centuries-old elms and a small soccer / handball field. At 200 m distance there is a farmhouse inhabited by the manager. Access via 1.5 km of unpaved road. Arrival only 16- 20 o'clock.

Truly lovely Italian experience

Rustic, rural Italy! Property is truly beautiful. House is warm and inviting. We had everything we needed. Didn’t speak Italian so communication was sometimes tricky during the stay and prior to arrival
