Quiet street with a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars - Please note there is a guesthouse behind this property (you can see it in the main photo) that will sometimes be rented out. The guesthouse does NOT have access to the driveway.

FYI - Security camera/recording device — There is a camera in the front of the house and the back of the house that records audio and video.

Very Frustrating

We booked this property a few months ago and we were driving down to Tampa about 2 hours away at 3pm and I had not received any information from the property manager about how to get into the house, so I reached out to them. I immediately got a message from VRBO that manager has cancelled our reservation...an hour before we were supposed to check in. The message the manager sent was that the property had been robbed that morning. Seems like if that was the case, they should have messaged me immediately in the morning, so I could make other plans. I'm sorry that the property was robbed (if in fact that is what happened) but it was very inconsiderate for someone planning to be there in an hour.

Very comfortable house

This is a quaint older house with modernized decor. Very cozy. It's in an older neighborhood that's on the upswing. The kitchen was large enough to cook food for a small wedding (good amount of counter space). The house is away from major roads and noise. It was a very nice stay. There is an outbuilding in the back with more rooms, which we did not need or use. It is very good for a larger group (6 or more)

This property is historic and was recently renovated from top to bottom. Christina is passionate about real estate and creating great experiences for her guests. This property was renovated in 2021. Everything inside is brand new and has a clean/boho style to it. It can sleep up to 10 guests. In this area, for this price, you will not find a better place to gather as a group and experience the Tampa area.

You could basically live here! I created this spot for long term or short term stays. This place is stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home. All kitchen utensils/cook ware/basic spices are included. Living room has a smart TV with Netflix. Bathroom includes shampoo/conditioner and soap.
