Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly located within walking distance to Raymand James Stadium and in a quiet neighborhood. Contact with the owner was seamless and quick. It would be nice to have some instructions for the hot tub, but we figured it out. Very neat & clean plus well kept.

Nothing less than amazing!

I had an amazing time traveling for business and pleasure and it’s partially due to where I chose to stay. I’m so happy I chose this property. It was clean, well stocked with various amenities, and most importantly it was as described. Thank you!

Fantastic home and location!

The home was absolutely spotless! Very nice furniture and comfortable beds. Lovely updated kitchen and bathroom. More than enough room for a family of four. The host left us plenty of quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. She had the refrigerator stocked with water and soda which was a really nice surprise! It was very evident that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood within a mile of UTampa, which we were visiting, so it was perfect. There are restaurants nearby as well, and downtown Tampa was easily accessible. Looks like my daughter will be attending UTampa, so we will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you Gracine!

Stay here!

We had a blast on our last family vacation in this newly remodeled home! We were able to travel to several beaches and had all the necessary amenities of home!! You won’t be sorry!
