We had a wonderful relaxing family time, especially enjoying kayaking and fishing. The home had everything we needed and was comfortably furnished. Look forward to visiting again!

Great communication with property manager. Amazing house and views. The kayaks were a hit with the kids. The Kids kayaked with manatee right outback on the water and went fishing from the dock. Amazing house,,,,we will be coming back.

Hallie was AMAZING. The house was perfect, so clean and so cute and the water was RIGHT THERE and so were the manatees! We had an amazing time, thank you Hallie for giving us the perfect place to celebrate as a family!

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family! The house was cleaned and had some of the essentials we forgot for a longer stay. Communication was amazing and very quick! Thank you so much!

Perfect for 3rd time

We love staying at this house. Easy to paddle from and see the manatee right out the back door. Quick trip to town for dinner as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and quaint.

Beautiful location on the water and amazing scenery. We had a visit from a manatee and dolphins. Loved our stay in this lovely home.

Peaceful, awesome location, clean home

Home was beautiful, well decorated, beautiful location on the river. Kayaks and bikes were great. Amazing to kayak and then swim with the manatees. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Host was amazing! The house was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for.

We came to experience the springs, rivers, and manatees. Everything was right outside in the backyard! The local food and fun was only a short drive away. Perfect family vacation.

Perfect family spring break location

This house is perfect proximity to accessing the area by water or land! It was a wonderful place to wake up in and come home to in the evening after our daily adventures. We were delighted to have a Manatee swimming right off the dock the first morning we were there!

Florida Nature Haven

Just spent the weekend here on a BFF girls trip and lived our stay so much. The house is on a very quiet street and calm canal. It was lovely to drink our coffee outside on the patio each morning and watch the wildlife in the river. Beautiful place.

Just as Perfect!

Our 2nd time at this house and it is as peaceful and relaxing as we remembered. Highly recommend if you love nature and a get away from it all. (But still close to town).

Peaceful place with great access

What a beautiful home and location, clean and very well maintained. Stepping out the back door and getting the kayaks right on the water was amazing to be able to paddle right into Kings Bay where we had a manatee come right up to our kayak. The location for the house provides easy access to so many different springs. Restaurants and a cute downtown area. We will definitely book this home again when we go back.

Perfect Getaway

The house was the perfect size for our family for our annual scalloping trip. The cove was great to teach my youngest to kayaking. The place was clean and lots games for the kiddos to play. We loved it!

Quaint Canal House

This was a quaint, comfortable house on a canal right off the main waterway. The pictures are accurate and the host was very responsive. It is a lovely, clean, comfortable house.

Many Extras

We enjoyed our stay! The minute you walk into the home you see a beautiful view of the water. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and many extras for our enjoyment. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown. I would definitely stay here again!
