My stay at Kings Bay Vacation Home in Crystal River was a lovely experience. I would suggest this property to the most conscientious of travelers.

Erica’s home was perfect for our visit to Crystal River. Her home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very quiet neighborhood, and had beautiful water view. It was close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Beautifully renovated home in a nice quiet area. Great view of the bay out the back. Everything we needed was provided, we only had to bring our clothes and personal toiletries. Check in, check out and all communication was very easy. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Location

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home with great views of the Bay. Short paddles to multiple springs, manatees off the dock, great kayaks. Great place to stay in King's Bay!

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my son’s birthday and enjoying all things water. Perfect spot for Kings Bay and the springs. The house met all our needs and the host is fantastic. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great stay!

The house was amazing, very clean with updated renovations making it a very comfortable stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular with beautiful sunrise every morning. Even had a manatee greet me first thing while drinking my coffee watching the sunrise on dock. Will definitely rent again for our next family vacation.

Amazing!!!!

We had such a great time! This house is absolutely beautiful. The location on kings bay was breathtaking. We saw so many manatees right off the dock. We caught so many fish. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We definitely will be visiting again.

Relaxing weekend

We had a great time! The owner was super helpful and communicative. The location of the property and water views are fabulous. The neighborhood is really quiet. We saw manatees right off the dock. The beds were very comfortable, so we slept like babies. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Everything as advertised. Great waterfront view. We had manatees pass in front of the dock. Location was quiet and yet close to activities, shopping and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. Home had some Christmas decorations which was very nice and thoughtfully done. Would go back in a second.

Great house and water views!

Erica was a great host! Beyond helpful and accommodating. We did a last minute getaway and couldn’t of been happier with our choice. At night with the view it felt like the house was in the water. Truly spectacular water views to wake up to and also loved the mid century vibe of the house. Having the kayaks here was an added bonus and super easy to kayak right out into the bay. The location was perfect and close to everything. Would definitely recommend and stay at Erica’s place again.

Great house with spectacular location

This house sits on King's Bay. The view from most rooms in the house are spectacular. We saw manatees swimming by almost every day. We used the two kayaks provided with the house to explore the bay. The rooms are comfortably large, the beds are great, and the house was well equipped and supplied. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, but great dining and activities are just a couple of minutes away. This is a great property. We stayed the entire month of February and hope to return sometime next year.

Nice house, beautiful location!

The house was as advertised. The location on the bay was beautiful. Communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was very simple. The ONLY thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was AC. It simply could not keep up with August heat. The temp inside was usually around 80f during the day and wven uncomfortable at night. I do wish that had been communicated earlier/better. However, we still enjoyed our time in Crystal River.

Sensational accommodations

Location was key when selecting a place to vacation. This house had so much more than we expected and the view from the house was beautiful! We used the kayaks and saw so many dolphins and manatees. We could have just stayed for a month. Incredibly pleased with every aspect of this experience! There was so much attention to detail with the quality of sheets and towels to supplies for cleaning and even a variety of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, condiments for sandwiches and coffees and teas, sugar and creamers included. You literally could bring a bag of clothes and a small cooler and be set for the weekend! The front door was a little challenging to operate but we went in and out of the carport entrance so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend this house!
