Beautifully renovated home in a nice quiet area. Great view of the bay out the back. Everything we needed was provided, we only had to bring our clothes and personal toiletries. Check in, check out and all communication was very easy. Highly recommend this home.

Erica’s home was perfect for our visit to Crystal River. Her home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very quiet neighborhood, and had beautiful water view. It was close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

The house was lovely and provided all we needed to have a great weekend away. Located in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get to Crystal River activities and Homossassa/Weeki Wachi.

We spent a weekend here for a family fishing trip and were very pleasantly surprised by how much this place exceeded our expectations. The home was much larger than we anticipated, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and be comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, making meals easy and enjoyable, and everything throughout the house was absolutely immaculate.The outdoor dock was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee, fishing, and watching the water. We loved seeing people diving nearby to view manatees, and each evening we were treated to mullet jumping at sunset. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly the kind of stay we hoped for.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Crystal River. A wonderful find!

Perfect location on Kings BayLovely home with lots of room, beautiful lanai with water views. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the sounds of the birds, the mullets jumping playfully out of the water. Home has everything you need. Soft sheets and towels, large kitchen with all the plates, pots and more than you could use.

This was a recently renovated property that was super clean, nicely furnished, and attentively cared for. The new coffee maker did not work and they brought a new one that same day! Excellent view of bay Very comfortable beds Nice touches throughout the home. Great communication with the host We will be coming back!

Amazing!!!!

We had such a great time! This house is absolutely beautiful. The location on kings bay was breathtaking. We saw so many manatees right off the dock. We caught so many fish. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We definitely will be visiting again.

Great stay!

The house was amazing, very clean with updated renovations making it a very comfortable stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular with beautiful sunrise every morning. Even had a manatee greet me first thing while drinking my coffee watching the sunrise on dock. Will definitely rent again for our next family vacation.

Nice house, beautiful location!

The house was as advertised. The location on the bay was beautiful. Communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was very simple. The ONLY thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was AC. It simply could not keep up with August heat. The temp inside was usually around 80f during the day and wven uncomfortable at night. I do wish that had been communicated earlier/better. However, we still enjoyed our time in Crystal River.

Beautiful Location

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home with great views of the Bay. Short paddles to multiple springs, manatees off the dock, great kayaks. Great place to stay in King's Bay!

Sensational accommodations

Location was key when selecting a place to vacation. This house had so much more than we expected and the view from the house was beautiful! We used the kayaks and saw so many dolphins and manatees. We could have just stayed for a month. Incredibly pleased with every aspect of this experience! There was so much attention to detail with the quality of sheets and towels to supplies for cleaning and even a variety of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, condiments for sandwiches and coffees and teas, sugar and creamers included. You literally could bring a bag of clothes and a small cooler and be set for the weekend! The front door was a little challenging to operate but we went in and out of the carport entrance so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend this house!

Excellent location

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my son’s birthday and enjoying all things water. Perfect spot for Kings Bay and the springs. The house met all our needs and the host is fantastic. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
