Cocoonr Agency presents ‘Cap à Houat’, a duplex flat situated in a lovely building, right on the harbour at Saint-Jacques in the town of Sarzeau. This charming 97 m² flat is ideally situated opposite the beach! Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Bright and spacious, this duplex flat has all the necessary amenities and offers breathtaking sea views over the boats and Saint-Jacques beach. It has free Wi-Fi access (fibre optic).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Three bedrooms with three double beds, including one queen-size (160×200) on the ground floor and two 140×190 beds on the first floor.
- Two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
- 1 separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Self-check-in is required:
Access to the accommodation is available from 4.00 pm. The keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker, located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys office, approximately 16 minutes’ walk from the accommodation.
