Located on the seafront! Come and enjoy the sea air with friends or family thanks to this large and beautiful house ideally located! Everything is there for you to enjoy a relaxing and exotic vacation.



This 200 m² house located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a large fenced garden, a 20 m² terrace and its furniture as well as a barbecue to enjoy the nice days with friends or family. Within the accommodation you will find a television, internet access (Wifi) and a fireplace. An iron and a washing machine are available. What a wonderful stay

The location is great and the house is well maintained. The furnishings are very simple and not geared to 10 people.The garden furniture needs to be replaced.

This property was a disappointment for us. Based on the photos, we were looking forward to a beautiful, historic house, but it was neglected and mustyWe payed additional optional costs for cleaning.It must be said that the house is located in a beautiful spot, right on the beach. The house hadn’t been lived in or aired out for quite some time (which is necessary), so when we arrived, it smelled strongly of dampness and mustiness. After a long day of traveling, we didn’t think to check inside cupboards, under beds, or inspect the dishes right away. However, after the concierge left, we discovered that the cupboards were dirty inside, the dishes were greasy, and there was dust in several areas.We reported the situation to the Hoomy agency that very evening. We didn’t want to change hous, but we also didn’t want to stay in such filth, so we cleaned the place ourselves. The offer to send a cleaning team came the next day — but we didn’t want to waste another vacation day waiting, and the house was already clean. The musty smell persisted throughout our stay, and it was only bearable thanks to the nice weather and continuous ventilation.

Man wacht morgens auf und blickt auf das Meer! Leider konnte man aufgrund der Algen und der Keime im Meerwasser ausgerechnet in dieser Bucht nicht baden. Aber das war sicher einmalig. Für kleinere Gruppen eine tolle Location!

un peu compliqué d'avoir affaire à une agence, pour un weekend normal aurions aimé pouvoir partir après le déjeuner sans avoir à payer un supplément !!! d'autre part le montant pour le ménage est très exagéré car ce n'était pas nickel à notre arrivée !!très bon emplacement, superbe vue !!

La conciergerie Hoomy est à fuir!

La maison est très bien. Cependant nous avons été choqués des frais de menage appliqués: 230€! Quand vous choisissez l’option ménage voici ce que cela vous coûtera. Donc si vous voulez profitez sereinement de vacances sans être obligé de faire le ménage à la fin fuyez. En gros cette conciergerie hoomy se fait du beurre sur le dos des locataires. Honteux. Je peux vous garantir que nous n’avons jamais payé ce prix pour des maisons pourtant plus grandes. Évidement ils vous annoncent les frais des options une fois que vous avez loué. Nous veillerons à l’avenir à éviter les biens gérés par cette entreprise.

Maison agréable face à la mer

Nous avons passé un week-end agréable dans cette maison spacieuse. La cuisine est bien équipée ; le séjour et le salon sont bien dimensionnés pour 8 à 10 personnes. L'accès au bord de mer par la petite échelle est un "plus" original !

4 chambres sur 5 ont vu sur mer ainsi que le séjour Équipement essentiel sur place. Les peintures extérieures, la clôture qui donne sur le front de mer, la terrasse devraient être mieux entretenues. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Un bel endroit pour passer des vacances

En résumé c'est une maison que nous aimerions relouer à l'avenir. Cette propriété est spacieuse et très bien située. Elle est idéale pour passer des vacances reposantes en bord de mer. Elle est très propre et bien équipée, ne manque qu'un sèche linge car la météo Bretonne est parfois capricieuse La vue du jardin est vraiment superbe. L'accès à la plage direct (quel luxe!) au moyen d'une échelle. La pergola est très jolie et agréable mais peu utilisable car elle ne protège ni du soleil (Il faudra attendre quelques années que la vigne la recouvre complètement) ni de la pluie ni du vent ce qui nous a contraint à manger principalement à l'intérieur. La décoration est sobre, la maison fonctionnelle, bref c'est une vraie maison de vacances familiale. Les voisins directs sont plutôt hautins, voir grossier à l'occasion pour l'un d'eux, mais tous les autres sont aimables et bienveillants. La prestation d'Hoomy a elle été chaotique car aucune des options choisies sur site web d'origine n'a été prise en compte par ce gestionnaire. Linge de lit et serviettes ont dû être réclamés préalablement par téléphone. La personne en charge est arrivée en retard le jour de la remise des clés. La personne en charge le jour du départ nous a littéralement ordonné de faire un ménage complet ignorant une fois de plus que nous avions demandé la prestation ménage. Bref à l'avenir il faudra contacter directement Hoomy et bien faire valider chaque prestation car la bascule entre les sites de réservation et celui du gestionnaire ne fonctionne pas. Pour finir, notre chien a donné l'alarme deux nuits où nous avons retrouvé le portail grand ouvert au matin. Cependant aucun équipement de la maison ou personnel n'a disparu ou été endommagé. Mis à part ces désagréments "logistiques" ce fut un très bon séjour dans une région superbe.
