The village of Mas-de-Tence is 2 hours from Lyon and 3 hours from Montpellier. Nestled in lush greenery, in the heart of this small town, the Belvédère gite is the ideal place for holidays in the great outdoors in comfortable accommodation!
The municipal team took great care in renovating the house that "Klaus Gemündt" had built, a stained glass artist "emblematic figure" of this village.
The house is atypical, there are stained glass windows, a window at ground level allowing observation of the microcosm of the meadow bordering the house, a cubist-inspired kitchen, etc.
Outside, the terrace offers a magnificent view of the region's famous volcanoes called "Les sucs de l'Yssingelais".

On site: lazing around but also hiking, picking mushrooms, visiting an open-air photo exhibition.
A little further: "Velay express" steam train, numerous outdoor activities: climbing, all-terrain scooters, museums, concert hall and cinema.
A little further afield: discover the city of Puy en Velay and its many monuments listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, discover the plateau of Mézenc, or the young gorges of the Loire. The Haute-Loire is full of a multitude of cultural and sporting activities!

On unfenced land, bordered by meadow, the Belvedere is a house entirely on one level (very rare in Haute-Loire) the entrance is via a corridor leading to the living room with kitchen and living room, this room is extremely bright because it has many openings giving the impression of living outside!
The corridor also serves the first two bedrooms which are connected by a bathroom, but which each have their own independent entrance.
The third bedroom is accessible from the living room, it has its private bathroom with Italian shower and WC.

A garage is at your disposal to store: Bicycles, fishing or other equipment or motorbikes... The garage is not large enough to park a car
