Traditional 19th-century farmhouse, fully restored, in the heart of a village in the Meygal massif at the foot of Mount Tortue. Enclosed lawned grounds (500 m²).
Nearby: Visit the ostrich farm in the hamlet, St-Julien-Chapteuil (swimming pool, church, Jules Romains Museum, Meygal trails with 7 permanent circuits) 3 km away, Les Balayes (Lac Bleu lauzière, miniature park) 8 km away, Pic du Lizieux and Bouchat ponds 12 km away. All shops, services, and a tourist office are located in St-Julien-Chapteuil (3 km away), and the Lantriac synthetic ice rink is 10 km away. Ground floor: Large 70 m² living room-kitchen (TV, Godin stove, firewood available), laundry room, shower room, and separate toilet.
1st floor: small living room, 1 bedroom with private bathroom (1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom with mezzanine (1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet.
Outdoor games: swing set, slide, sandpit, ping-pong table.
