Kamaole Sands #5-313 is a desirable one bedroom, two bath unit with an amazing view of a scenic tropical courtyard, complete with a fountain and pond, as well as the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Wifi and long-distance calls to the mainland are included. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV/DVD. The en suite includes a shower/tub combo. The guest bath is equipped with a walk-in shower. Besides a mesmerizing view, the living room features a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a queen-sized sofa bed.
Kamaole Sands #5-313 has one of the best locations in the complex and will sleep up to 4 people. Located behind the pool area, this unit overlooks an expansive lawn bordered on 3 sides providing a wonderful place to stretch your legs or children to safely play. The cool trade breezes keeping the lanai very comfortable for relaxing as you enjoy the scenery.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Great property with beautiful grounds and a nice pool, right across from Kamaole Beach III! Excellent location, central to everything. You still need a rental car to get around but nothing is very far. The condo is spacious and has a beautiful view from the lanai, great sunsets :)

We enjoyed our stay at Kamoale Sands. This unit had a beautiful view of the property grounds and the ocean in the distance. We could watch the sunset from our balcony. It was nice to have all of the beach gear in the unit. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon. The wagon was very handy to get our things down to the beach. The grounds are beautifully kept and the shared BBQ areas around the grounds are easy to access. We had a wonderful stay.

Condo had everything but could use some updating.Complex overall was well taken care of.Enjoyed one day of Hula dancers by pool.You definitely won't be sleeping in. You can hear all the neighbors in rooms next to you and outside traffic.Overall it did fit our needs.

Very nice and spacious condo

We had a great stay in this condo. The living area is bigger than other condos we’ve stayed at, the view is wonderful, the condo was very clean and totally bug-free, a nice breeze came through the condo all day long, the late afternoon sun was blocked by a column so that was never an issue, the sofa bed was very comfortable both as a couch and as a bed for our 2 grandsons who stayed over for a few nights, the king sized bed is very comfortable (a major consideration for us), and the wooden blinds in the bedroom did a great job of blocking the morning sun. It would be nice if the owners would provide a portable DVD player for use in the condo, however. Our only real complaint was that the condo complex managers did not provide carts to help the residents carry suitcases and groceries to their condos - that is simply unacceptable in our view. That issue notwithstanding, we would strongly recommend this condo; it’s a great condo in a great location.

The tub in the master bath was not draining and never was the kitchen sink , which was dealt with. The condo was not cleaned well. The fans in the bathrooms were dusty. The floors were dirty. The washer sprung a leak. The owner did order another set but it arrived on December 9. We left on December 10. It was not convenient to have to do laundry at a laundry mat while we were on vacation. A bit of update to the condo would make the stay more enjoyable. Love the location of the condo and Kamaole Sands.

Nice holiday apartment near beach

Great location, few minutes walk to beach. Warm apartment, bedroom ac unit keeps things cool and unit in living room keeps the temps tolerable in the PM. Experienced a small amount of ants in the kitchen but was pre warned that this is part of being in a tropical area. Kitchen well equipped, pool area is pleasant. Seems like a family oriented resort with quite a few young families around.
