The Space:
Say hello to Casa Maria! This recently renovated early 1900's multi-family home is full of historic charm and character with modern updates. Unit 1 is located on the first level of the home and has it's own private entrance directly from the welcoming front porch. An electronic keypad is installed for easy self-check in at your convenience.Â
As you enter the home, you are greeted with a beautiful living room and sitting area with bright, beachy vibes. An electric fireplace is waiting for cozy nights with your evening cocktail. The kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Bar top seating is available for everyone to enjoy their meals.
The spacious bedroom boasts a cozy King bed to get a good nights sleep. Attached is a full bathroom with walk in shower that is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash allowing you to pack light to save room for all of those Old City souvenirs.
The front porch is your very own oasis. Enjoy your cup of coffee at the bistro table while watching the city awaken or catch the beautiful Florida sunset with a glass of wine in hand.
The location of this home can't be beat! About a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and many top attractions such as Ripleys, Castillo de San Marcos, and more. A convenience store is just around the corner to stock up on drinks and snacks. Amazing places to eat and drink are also just a few minutes walk away from the home- Uptown Swinery, Sunday, Juniper, and more.

*This apartment is 1 of 3 in a multi-family home. At times you may hear your neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be kept to a minimum at this time and all outside guests must vacate the property at this time (you will have full private access to the entire 1 bed/1 bath apt, no shared rooms)
*Window ac units are installed for heating and cooling the home. There is no central ac.
*Off-street parking is included in the driveway of the home
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment and front porch, along with 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
The Uptown neighborhood borders. Casa Maria is located on Rohde Ave, which is just a few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants, and the downtown area.
Getting Around:
With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot, but a car is helpful for quick rides to the beach, Anastasia Island, or main grocery store.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
