My charming 2-bedroom condo offers a tranquil retreat, and is just a short walk to the beach. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the pool, or venture out to explore the nearby Anastasia State Park, just a 4-minute drive away. For a dose of culture, visit downtown St. Augustine, just an 8-minute drive from your doorstep.

Your home-away-from-home is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step out onto the balcony and dine al fresco. In general, be considerate of the fact that there are 3 other units in the building and take good care of my place. If you do that, we're good!
It's stated elsewhere, but no parties, no smoking, and no pets. I'm allergic to all except parties, so this is pretty important.
Don't bring more people than you listed on your booking. We'll know, trust me.

Phylis is an excellent host - she left a number of personal touches throughout the condo that made us feel welcome and appreciated. The condo is well-maintained and has lots of extras (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, games, etc.) in a perfect location very close to St. Augustine beach. We loved our stay here.

Excellent St Augustine Beach condo

Nice condo in a nice area. Convenient distance to everything. Short drive to Old Town and other areas and conveniences. Short walk to beach. Great price especially compared to the area hotels. I would absolutely book here again for a future visit.

Well stocked, light switches were labelled, which was a nice touch. Short stay for us, and this property was conveniently located. Short drive to the historic district, traffic aside. Close to beach.

The condo is located within a 4 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown. So many fun things to do and the condo was very equipped with everything you could need! Super clean and well taken care of!

We would definitely recommend staying. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. On our last day we had a mix up (totally my fault) and Phylis was very accommodating also responded to any message sent in a timely manner. It was a great stay

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed the location of the condo to the beach, restaurants and the craft fair. I hope the beach access is open soon as we had to walk several blocks in order to get to the water and then it was very crowded with people on top of each other.

Nice, comfortable, well furnished

We stayed here for a few days to sightsee St Augustine. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished if you like eating in. Quiet neighborhood, Close to the beach with a 5 minute walk. Our host was super helpful and very responsive.

Perfect location for small family

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Anastasia Island with our children, 10 and 6. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and numerous restaurants and the home was clean and decorated beautifully. Only about a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine sites. Host was welcoming and available for any concerns/questions. I would definitely stay here again!

I live in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia with my husband, Ted. We have three grown daughters and seven amazing grandchildren! I've always loved the outdoors and the beach, and I love visiting our condo in St. Augustine as often as I can. I spent alot of time visiting family near St. Augustine and I was blessed in 2021 to be able to purchase this condo! I had a blast redecorating it and I'm happy to be able to share it with others when I'm not there. I've stocked it with everything I've ever wanted to have available to me in a vacation home, so hopefully you'll want for nothing when you are there!

It's all about location, right? You can easily walk to the beach and many restaurants from my condo. The beach is right next to Anastasia State Park, so there are no houses or hotels to the left when you get there. On your non-beach days, explore historic downtown St. Augustine, which is just a 10 minute drive from the condo.
