Delightful cabin with great view
This little cabin on Lake Whatcom Blvd met all our groups needs for a delightful weekend stay on the lake and a great location to also spend a snow play day at Mt. Baker. It was clean, and comfy with a nice view of the lake. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were super, bathrooms were clean, the dining area looked at lake and fireplace heater kept us cozy. We also had easy access to Bellingham, spent a morning in Fairhaven and had great pizza and pasta at Tino’s in Sudden Valley. The manager was easy to work with for our reservations. Thanks again for your comfortable cabin and we look forward to a future stay.

Christmas in Bellingham
We had a lovely Christmas vacation stay. Really appreciated all the Christmas lights and decorations! Beautiful lake view. We will be back!
Big Views charming property
We enjoyed our stay immensely. It's a charming updated A-frame on a private feeling property edged with tall trees lending to a sense of seclusion. The front of the home is all windows and watching the motion of the water, the ever changing weather , and sun was mesmerizing and very relaxing. The instant-on fireplace is GREAT! - Immediate gratification. Actually it was handy. Because of the broad temperature changes outside, we could "turn off" the fire when it was too hot and used the fireplace more when we wanted because of its ease and convenience. There's a very comfortable master bed and the owners have placed available darkout shades over all the glass so it was easy to sleep in. But why would you want to? We were a short drive to Bellingham center with its delicious fresh groceries and outdoor activities. There was a brief cable TV outage and the owners were available and responded immediately. The cable problem was solved in less than 24 hours - ON A HOLIDAY! I'd like to thank the owners for making this pretty property and wonderful lake home available to us.
The View is the best part
From the rising fog on the lake in the morning to gorgeous sunsets in the evening and the stars at night, the view alone made this stay great. Because of our family schedule, we did not take advantage of some of the amenities like the hot tub and the dock, but they looked inviting. The place was clean and well care for. We enjoyed it and will be back.
Beautiful cabin perfect for sisters weekend!
My two sisters and I stayed at this cozy little cabin on Whatcom Lake! We had a terrific time! Not only was the cabin perfect for the three of us but we were minutes from Fairhaven. The quaintness, charm, wonderful restaurants and shopping in this little community topped off our experience. Thanks Art and Jane for having the place ready for us.
Loved our stay
Used the cabin as homebase while visiting Bellingham. Perfect location. We look forward to our next visit.
