The bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. On the main floor, walk from the newly remodeled kitchen with breakfast nook into a comfortable living room bathed in natural light. Enjoy your morning coffee in the enclosed sun porch while you relax in Adirondack chairs and watch the tree-lined sidewalks of the neighborhood wake up. There is additional living room space upstairs, with a couch, bean bag chairs, and Roku TV, along with two twin beds and a small library, game table, Pacman arcade game, and drawing desk. The property also includes a detached garage.

This charming, remodeled historic home invites guests to enjoy leisurely strolls to the nearby waterfront, indulge in diverse culinary experiences at local restaurants, and explore the vibrant arts scene at nearby theaters and breweries. The moment we walked into the Blue Raven, we loved it. They went above and beyond in every way: plenty of Keurig coffee, cream, a basket of snacks, towels, toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable and everything worked well. While we were visiting for a week with my sister and her family at Christmas, it was really nice to come home to such a quiet, homey place complete with a Christmas tree, a decorated mantle and a lovely record player with a Christmas album ready to spin. My family and I spent hours on the couch reading, talking and falling asleep. I felt like I was back in time yet everything was up to date. Parking is easy, it's walking distance to town and the water and check-in was seamless. Given it was December, the weather was misty, but we still were able to get in a hike on a gorgeous trail nearby and also took a walk around town to get some last minute gifts. While I usually stay with my sister when II visit, we'll easily stay here again whenever we need more room if lots of family members come in at the same time. Thank you!

Charming house, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished in a perfect location close to everything. The hosts were gracious and went well beyond expectations when help was needed. Hope to stay again!

House was well appointed and Bethany our host very timely in communicating with us. The location is stellar for walking to downtown locations such as the Spark Museum and Pickford Theaters.

Great rental. Well appointed with nice small touches like snacks, coffee, games and records. Really comfortable for our family of 4. The enclosed porch is great for wine or coffee, all in all a cozy spot for a long weekend. We will be back!

Lovely, quirky house very nicely furnished and decorated. Great kitchen and dining nook! Easily fit 6 people in living room with everyone getting a comfortable spot to watch a movie. Slow draining tub in bathroom.

What a wonderful house! It was neat and clean and well furnished. It was a very comfortable place to begin and end our days. We were able to walk into town and enjoy the sights and restaurants. Not far from Bellingham, there is a lot to do and see as well. We would come again.

Nice amenities, towels, sheets, etc. We found the beds to be comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen plus some. Great location, despite the high density housing around it the neighborhood was quite. We had a great experince and would book again if it fit the need.

This was such a delightful home to stay in. Great location and sooo comfortable. The owner was so thoughtful and generous from welcoming flowers in the bud vase to great treat basket, chocolates and cider, children books and variety of brand new family games and puzzles. We never needed to watch TV because we had so much fun.The beds were so comfortable my daughter wants to know where you got the twin bed frames and mattresses! Seriously! Between the front porch,side yard seating patio area plus second floor play/work are, everyone hand their own space when they needed it!This location is walkable to parks, coffee shops, restaurants and trails along the stream and just minutes to drive to anywhere else you might want to explore. There were concerts in a multitude of neighborhood parksThank you for a wonderful time

ALONE with activity

I enjoyed the feeling of being completely by myself on most nights/days yet knowing the area was active with life. The proximity to WWU, again, offered alone time with quick access my attending student to stay a night and enjoy some meals together. Active neighborhood encouraged walking activities.
