This home was created to deliver a seamless blend of excitement, comfort, and style for guests of all ages.

Guests enjoy access to Storey Lake Resort amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, water slide, lazy river, kids’ splash zone, playground, basketball and volleyball courts, fire pits, kayak rentals, and a modern clubhouse with fitness center, all subject to availability and HOA rules.

MAIN LEVEL
The main level features two beautifully themed bedrooms and expansive shared spaces. The Beauty and the Beast master suite offers a romantic king bed, stained-glass details, nightstands, dresser, armoire, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with separate tub, walk-in shower, and a private toilet room with direct access to the pool deck. The Alice in Wonderland fantasy suite brings whimsical charm to life with a king bed and en-suite access. A full bathroom with walk-in shower is accessible from both the bedroom and hallway.

The Wreck-It Ralph arcade game room includes a pool table, electronic darts, two multicade arcade cabinets with over 300 games, and a kegerator for guest use. The Ratatouille-inspired living and dining area offers restaurant-style seating for 16 or more guests, additional bar seating at the kitchen counter, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a cozy lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen includes service for up to 24 guests, stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar with Keurig, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso, along with an air fryer, blender, Instant Pot, cookware, and bakeware.

The screened outdoor lanai features a private south-facing pool and spa, patio dining for eight, two loungers, four children’s cabana loungers, and a six-seat sectional sofa. Privacy fencing and curtains provide added seclusion. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee, and grill rental is available.

SECOND LEVEL
The second level welcomes guests with playful directional signage inspired by the Disney parks and leads into Toy Story Land and other themed spaces. The Buzz Lightyear suite features custom full-over-full bunk beds modeled after the park ride and connects to the Sheriff Woody Wild West suite via a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Additional themed bedrooms include the Nightmare Before Christmas suite with a low king platform bed and selfie wall, The Little Mermaid Pavilion featuring a custom round king bed in an undersea setting hand-painted by a Disney Princess, the Frozen suite with custom full-over-full bunk beds, and the Star Wars boutique suite with a stylish king bed and galaxy-inspired accents. A Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks connects select bedrooms for convenience.

The loft lounge offers a pool table and Smart TV, creating a relaxed space for games, movie nights, or casual hangouts. A washer and dryer are available for guest use; guests should bring their own detergent.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Professionally prepared linens are provided, and all beds are made prior to arrival. Each guest receives one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Starter supplies include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, hand soap at every sink, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, and two trash bags. These are starter supplies only, and guests should plan to purchase additional items for longer stays.

HOUSEKEEPING
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.

POOL AND SPA HEAT
Pool and spa heating are optional and available for an additional daily fee with a minimum of three days and must be added for the full stay. The heater operates via heat exchange and may not function properly in outdoor temperatures below 65 degrees. No refunds are issued for weather-related heating limitations.

GRILL USE
Grill rental options are available. A basic package includes a clean grill with an empty propane tank, and a full-service package includes a full tank and cleaning. Charcoal grills are not permitted.

TRASH DISPOSAL
All trash must be placed in sealed bags inside the brown bins located at the front of the home. Loose items will not be collected. A manual pickup fee applies for unbagged trash. Resort dumpsters are available for overflow waste.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private pool, spa, screened patio, yard, and resort amenities, subject to availability and HOA regulations.
