Property is just as advertised. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The children loved the pool, games room and movie theatre. Nice to be within walking distance of the clubhouse. Hosts Stacie and Kent were incredibly kind and efficient.

The pool was a huge hit, the kids spent hours in the game room. The house is 2 blocks from the clubhouse with a pool, lazy river and splash pad.Host was very quick to respond.We would stay again.

The heater in the pool was an extra charge and was broken. The filter was missing from the pool, so it was dirty and cold. The use of the grill was also an extra charge. The kitchen floor was dirty and so were the dishes in the cupboard. The pictures are dated and the game room is tired and the games are in rough shape.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear parts of your stay didn't meet expectations, and we'd like to provide some context for future guests reading this review. Regarding extra charges: All fees — including pool heating and grill use — are clearly outlined in the property description prior to booking. These are offered as optional add-ons rather than built into the nightly rate, because not every guest wants or needs them. We believe this is a fairer approach that keeps base rates lower for guests who don't require those extras, while still making them available for those who do. Regarding the pool: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. A valve issue occurred between stays, which is why previous guests experienced no problems. As soon as we were made aware of the pool heater concern, it was repaired the following day. It's worth noting that the pool heater was the only issue reported to us during the entire stay — had anything else been brought to our attention, we would have been just as quick to address it. We can't promise perfection, but we absolutely promise to work hard to resolve any issues that come up. Regarding cleanliness: We hold our property to a high standard and take these comments seriously. However, the pool heater was the only concern raised with us during the entire stay. We simply can't fix what we don't know about until after a guest has already left — had these concerns been communicated to us, we would have been happy to address them immediately. This feedback has been shared with our cleaning team for future stays. Regarding the photos and game room: We understand photos are subjective, though we do note they accurately represent the space. The game room features two full arcade cabinets, multiple gaming consoles connected to three 55" TVs, air hockey, and foosball — we feel it offers a great experience for guests. One update not yet reflected in the photos is the newer carpet installed throughout the home.

We loved staying at this property there was plenty to keep the kids occupied and adults to have a nice relaxing time. They were super accommodating as well when I asked to extend our stay and always got back to me within minutes. 10/10 will stay here again!

The house was so spacious for our group of 14. We had a bit of a hiccup getting through the community gate but the host was very responsive and quick to fix. Plenty of kitchen tools and small appliances. Very clean and organized. Towels are limited so I would bring extra if you plan on using the pool. Overall great stay and great quality for the price.

Hosted was excellent to work with and communicated right back. The external cleaners that responsible for cleaning prior to us didnt do a complete thorough clean. Underware, clothing and cups left in drawers and under tables. All loved the pool and hot tub. Also game room was a hit with the kids. Be aware the community the vrbo is in will come around on check in day and give you ticket if car is even a bit on grass or sidewalk. Check in was a long line. Over all Very Happy and would stay agai .

The HOA does enforce those rules strictly, so we'll make sure to highlight that more prominently in our check-in instructions going forward. What a wonderful home! Grandkids loved the themed rooms, theater room, game room and pool! Kitchen is well stocked. Few things were broken, including the heat, but it was quickly remedied. Who needs heat in FL? The community pools are beautiful and so much fun! Kent and Stacie are amazing and communicate quickly. Thanks for a great week!!

Really enjoyed our stay the home was as advertised. Ive stayed at many vacation homes in the past and this was one of the cleanest ive encountered.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The hot tub, pool, and game room were a big hit, and the spacious dining area made it easy for all of us to eat together. We loved having the theater room where we watched several movies as a family. The property also gave us access to the clubhouse, which had another pool, a kid-friendly section, and even a lazy river that adults enjoyed too.We would definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando. Kent and Stacey were wonderful hosts always quick to respond and so helpful with any questions we had.

Family Florida get away

Second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint! The kids love the pool and the game room, there’s so much for them to be active with when we aren’t venturing the parks. All the tourist sites are easily accessible. We can’t wait to come back, thank you again for the memories!
