This magnificent holiday home is located about 10 km from Todi in a picturesque hilly landscape.



The former farmhouse has been tastefully restored and furnished: The living space is spread over two floors, which are connected by an external staircase with loggia.



On the spacious property you will find various garden seating areas, opportunities for sports and games as well as the private pool area with sun terrace and panoramic views.



You will find it hard to leave this cosy place, but there are several charming Umbrian towns in the surrounding area that are just waiting to be visited and explored: Todi, Narni, Spoleto; Perugia, Assisi and Orvieto are all less than an hour's drive away and offer churches and museums with impressive art treasures, but also nice shops, trattorias and bars and always unique picturesque squares that invite you to linger.



You can try Umbrian specialities everywhere, such as torta al testo, delicious pasta dishes with porcini mushrooms or truffles - or simply enjoy the flair of these unique historical places with a cappuccino.
