Beautiful small independent villa surrounded by green countryside on the border between Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio.



From the terrace on the second floor you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. In the large shaded pergola with a small outdoor kitchen, table, chairs and armchairs guests can enjoy their meals outside. The garden is equipped with barbecue and small children's playground and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Completely fenced property.



The town of Castel Viscardo is only 1.5 km away: here you will find nice restaurants; near the medieval village of Monterubiaglio (800 m) with cafe-bar and grocery store, pool and tennis court. Only 11 km Orvieto with its Renaissance cathedral, Lake Bolsena 26 km, the characteristic hamlet of Bagnoregio 26 km, Terme di San Casciano 34 km, Abbadia San Salvatore at the foot of Monte Amiata 44 km. Siena can be reached through Val Nerina (108 km) or by taking the A1 highway through Orvieto (133 km). Florence 174 km and Rome 131 km can be easily reached by car (A1 highway) or by train (Orvieto Scalo station 14.6 km).

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben in dem sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichteten Haus eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und war jeder Zeit für uns zu erreichen. Der Verkehr hat uns nicht gestört, das Anwesen ist groß und der Garten mit Wiese und Olivenbäumen nicht einsehbar.

schönes Ferienhaus

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung und sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus. Die einzigen negativen Punkte sind die Straße, die direkt ums Haus führt (vor allem LKW-Lärm), ein Fernseher in Notebook-Größe und dass der Hausmeister nur italienisch spricht. Alles in allem ist dies aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
