The Space:

This sumptuous, bright, quiet, and ideally appointed 1,414 sq ft apartment offers a refined and comfortable setting for an exceptional stay in Paris. It is located on the 4th floor of a secure residence with an elevator and a view of the Luxembourg Gardens.



The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms:

• The bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm), Smart TV, and built-in storage, each with its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

Two separate toilets are also available in the apartment.

• A fully equipped open-plan gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances: oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots, and pans are provided, perfect for preparing delicious meals.

A washing machine with dryer function is also available.

• A living room: a large, bright living space with Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A dining area: a large dining table that can seat up to eight people.

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in the heart of the popular 6th arrondissement, in the elegant Odéon district where Parisian life is revealed at every street corner. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find charming cafes like Café Ladurée, Le Rostand or Au Petit Suisse, as well as typical restaurants like Le Polidor and Au Père Louis, perfect for lunch or dinner after a day of sightseeing. Everything is done on foot here: the Luxembourg Gardens are 2 minutes away, the Pantheon 8 minutes away, and Notre-Dame is very close for beautiful walks.



The atmosphere is typically Parisian, mixing culture, gastronomy and history in a chic but lively setting, with many local shops and markets around. Transportation is very convenient with the Luxembourg RER stations 5 minutes away and the Odéon and Cluny‑La Sorbonne metro stations around 6–7 minutes away, giving you direct access to the entire city. It is an ideal address for experiencing Paris on foot, between typical cafés, historical monuments and lively local life!

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, estimated fare: €50-€60.

Public Transportation: Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Transfer to Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, and alight at Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 60 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Taxi: Approximately 30-40 minutes, estimated fare: €35-€45.

Public Transportation: Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony station. Transfer to RER B train, towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, and disembark at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Switch to Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, and alight at Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 45-55 minutes.



From Gare du Nord Train Station

Taxi: Approximately 15-20 minutes, estimated fare: €10-€15.

Public Transportation: Take Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, directly to Odeon station. Approximate travel time: 15 minutes.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Do not leave keys on the door or inside.

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
