Constructed in 2019, "Double Dog Dare" is in a private harbor neighborhood with awesome views of the sound and harbor, providing stunning sunsets.

Since the island is so narrow, you can see the ocean from multiple rooms and the balcony!

Double Dog Dare sleeps 11, with several levels of decks with views of both the sound and the ocean. Enjoy modern, comfortable and new furnishings. The first floor features a king bedroom suite that overlooks the sound. Another king bedroom shares a bath with a bunk room (twin over queen beds). A second living room with queen sleep sofa accommodates additional guests.

The top floor features an additional king bedroom suite, as well as a living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. Spacious granite countertops, all new appliances, and pantry complete the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy sweeping views from the living room or share a meal on the deck overlooking the sound.

Double Dog Dare includes access to all the amenities of Black Dog Harbor, including a boat ramp, boat slip, basketball hoop and cornhole game. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating from the harbor, dock and gazebo, and boat ramp. Bring your own or rent a kayak, paddle board or boat from a local vender and explore the sound. Linens and bath towels are always included.

Salvo is quite narrow, so while you'll be overlooking the sound, the beach is only a quarter mile away, a short walk or bike ride, or pack your car with chairs and a cooler and park near beach access or drive your SUV on the beach.

Well-behaved Adult dogs (maximum of two) are welcome with payment of non-refundable pet fee ($250 per dog, per stay). No puppies - meaning no dogs under 1 year.

There are two security cameras at this property. One in the car parking area and one on the top floor deck facing the street. Neither camera faces interior to the home and used for security purposes only.
