Welcome to Sunrise in Salvo, NC! This stunning 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home offers breathtaking ocean views that will exceed your every expectation. From the moment you enter this well-appointed home, you will be captivated by its open and airy layout, expansive windows, and soaring ceilings, all of which seamlessly blend the outdoors with the indoors.

The top floor has the kitchen, a sun room, queen bedroom and full bath. An expansive deck provides spectacular ocean views. The middle floor boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a den (with sleeper sofa). The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, 1.5 baths, game room with pool table and full-size refrigerator + microwave. The 12 ft x 32 ft private pool, hot tub and 2 outdoor showers await outside. Take a walk over the dunes to enjoy a day at the beach.

Maximum two housebroken dogs. No other pets permitted.

TV streaming service provided. No cable TV.

Pool season:
- 2025: 3/30 - 11/9

Hot tub season:
- 2025: 3/30 - 1/4/26

Sheets, bed making (minus top bunks and sleeper sofa) and bath towel sets are provided for all stays. Bath towel sets are provided for the number of people indicated in the reservation, and each set includes a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.

Guests to furnish their own cleaning supplies, paper products and beach towels. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap is provided to guests.

This home has a Sunday turnover and requires weekly rentals in high season. There is flexibility on check-in day during the low season. There is a keyless entry. Guests will receive a Welcome Guide from VRBO via email 3 days prior to check-in with their access code.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera facing the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces.

House was very roomy and accommodating. We enjoyed our family vacation. The pool is wonderful. The walk to the beach is over a sand dune so could be tricky for elderly but was fine for the younger members of our family. The host responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We would stay again.

A nice home away from the hustle and bustle of OBX tourist centers. Weather was still on the cold side for spring break (lesson learned), but we'd love to come back in the warmer months.

My family enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and private rooms. Well appointed kitchen with outdoor showers and fish cleaning station that we used extensively. Lots of steps....

This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks, and we had an amazing experience! The house was in a perfect location, just a short walk over the dunes to the beach, tucked away on a quiet street, and only a quick stroll to the sound side. We loved that everyone had plenty of space to relax, but we could all come together on the third floor to enjoy meals, watch the sunrise and sunset, and capture family photos. The setup was ideal for both privacy and togetherness.We would definitely stay here again, and so would our four-legged friends, who absolutely loved it too!

We really enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. It’s location, just a short walk to the beach was wonderful. It was very clean and stocked with lots of games/puzzles, cooking supplies, and extra pillows and blankets.

Perfect ocean getaway

The property was just as advertised and exactly what we needed. The common areas were spacious and well laid out with plenty of options for different members of the group to spread out and do their own thing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. Overall, we were very comfortable and had a great stay!
Caught an incredible thunderstorm out at sea.

Outer Banks Family Reunion

Our stay at this house was wonderful! Being right on the beach, having the pool/hot tub, and kitchen amenities made our stay extremely relaxing and accommodating. We would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We ended up renting a gas grill to give us some ease of grilling all of the fresh seafood from the area. Great stay. Will consider this place next year.

Great vacation!!

We had a great stay. The location of the house is fantastic and it had everything we needed. It was plenty big and spacious for our entire party to spread out and was extremely clean. The beach was a short walk and we really enjoyed having a hot tub (and pool had we stayed in-season). The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic House, so close to the beach

A truly great house. Steps from the beach, with just an easy walk over the dunes. Great pool that is shaded in the afternoon (a must for those hot summer days). Well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook big family meals. Clean, comfortable rooms with nice beds. All three families in our group very much enjoyed our stay here and would gladly do so again!

Perfect for a family getaway

The house is beautiful! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has a great variety of cookware and utensils which made cooking for our family easier than expected! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The beach is close and far less crowed than anticipated. Owner Joanne responded quickly to questions and was a pleasure to communicate with.

It was a great house. The only issue was the kitchen fridge was not working when we first got there. But after a call to the owner, it was fixed our first full day. The owner was quick to respond back and even verified it was fixed after the maintenance guy told her it was fixed. We would definitely stay in this property again!!

Thanksgiving with the family at the beach

Spent Thanksgiving week at the beach with my family.... 9 of us and 2 dogs. Had a great time. It's a little walk over the dunes to the water but great beach. Looks like it would be fun in the summer. The house had everything we needed. Even stairs! With the main items on the top floor...you'll do a lot of stairs. Lots of bathrooms, 2 fridges, washer/dryer. 2 outdoor showers. Pool looks nice though we didn't swim. Hottub was nice. Top floor living area/kitchen were open and conducive to being together. The beds/bedrooms all seemed great. The only negative is that there were a few things in need of repair...which could be due to the summer rental season. Mostly minor: pool cue tip, a few TV remotes had tape on them, etc. But, I would stay there again.
