Great location

We love Cape Shores and the Lewes DE area. Great distance to the water with little children and nice trails to ride bike. The house had everything you could need and the kitchen was especially well stocked. We also loved the sun room with a view of the bay!

Large Family With Children & Babies

The listing does not do this location justice, 50ft to the beach! Great beach views and well furnished and equipped home. Comfortable living arrangements for 6 adults and 5 children. Would highly recommend to any family seeking a stress free beach retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental. It had a great layout and location. The room layouts were perfect for both the adults and the kids. The screened in porch area was great morning noon and night. The entrance to the beach was across the street and allowed us to come and go easily.

Beach house in Lewes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented a lot of houses in a lot of different places, but this was probably the most comfortable and best-located house we have experienced. The only downside had to do with "amenities"; when spending this amount for a week's rental, to arrive and not have even token amounts of necessities like garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher soap, or hand soap, seems thoughtless and unnecessary,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the property. My family came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and go biking at Henlopen State Park. The location was perfect Trails start across the street. The beach access and bay view are within walking distance. We loved the fact that the house had an elevator. Thank you for your clean and well-equipped home. We will return

Another Great Rental w/BH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we have for the last 12 years, we enjoyed our stay at 113 W. Cape Shores. It was a delightful experience. The house is large, clean and conveniently located to the Bay and Pool. Our party of 8 couldn't have been more comfortable. And, again, as usual, Maureen Kyritsis at Berkshire Hathaway in Lewes was the consummate professional. We are already planning our 2025 stay with her. We give the house, BH and Maureen a 5 star rating!

Lewes Beach Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. Was a little concerned what we might find in a beach house off season but everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchen, super clean and everything worked without a hitch. Easy check in/out at realtor who was also very helpful before we got there.
