We have always loved spending quality time as a family at the beach. Jim grew up vacationing each year at the Delaware beaches. We were first introduced to the Villages at Five Points by our good friends who bought one of the single family homes. We were impressed with the community and how much it has to offer, 2 pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, restaurants, etc. as well as a friendly, relaxing neighborhood.
When we had an opportunity to invest in a property, we looked at other condominiums but kept coming back to the Villages at Five Points, where we felt at home. Before making the investment, we spent some long weekends in the area and loved the diversity it had to offer. We could visit historic downtown Lewes, take a nature hike at Cape Henelopen State Park, go to Dewey Beach or visit the Rehoboth boardwalk at night with the kids. This year we went down in December and saw the Lewes Christmas parade and visited Santa Claus on the boardwalk. The area has so much to offer, festivals, movies on the beach, Seawitch at Halloween, etc. One of the main conveniences is that our condo is located East of Rt. 1, which is convenient because you don't have to get on the main highway to get to downtown Lewes, the Cape May - Lewes Ferry or Cape Henelopen unless you want to visit other beaches or the Rehoboth boardwalk. Lewes is a pretty, historic town with restaurants, fishing and museums. The people from Lewes are always friendly and make you feel welcome. This property is truly special because it offers so many activities yet it's very peaceful and not overcrowded.
