About this property

Southampton Cottage

The house is fully furnished two-bedroom, one bath. Designed and built by a Scandinavian designer/builder. The eat-in kitchen is new and comfortable and fully equipped (Internet/Cable ready). Newly renovated bathroom. The house has central AC and heat, washer dryer and dishwasher. The covered brick porch is cool in the heat of the summer. The garden and backyard are very serene, private, quiet and conducive to outdoor eating. (Weber charcoal grill provided). There are wonderful neighbors also.

The house is 2 blocks south of highway 27a and is walking distance, about 15 minutes, to the Shinnecock Hills Golf Course. We are a short walk to Shinnecock Bay and a quick bicycle ride to the ocean beach or Peconic Bay. It is a 10 minute drive into the town of Southampton and the ocean beaches.
