Welcome to your Hamptons waterfront escape. This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and sits right on the water, with room to dock a boat up to 35 feet. Spend sunny afternoons in the brand-new heated salt water pool, fire up the grill for dinner outdoors, and stroll to the nearby private beach and playground. Available for the summer or an extended-season stay.

The Space:
Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and style. Two spacious family rooms give everyone room to relax, whether you're gathering for movie night or settling in with a book. The formal dining room is perfect for shared meals, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the whole group.

Four bedrooms and two full baths comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, two additional bedrooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends. Central air keeps the home cool on the warmest summer days, and high-speed internet makes it easy to stay connected or work remotely.

Outside, the 12x24 heated salt water pool is the centerpiece of the backyard, gentler on skin and eyes than traditional chlorine. Boaters will love having the water right at their doorstep, with space for a vessel up to 35 feet.

Perfect stay in the Hamptons

We stayed 9 nights in June. The house was spotless and well done. The pool is a perfect getaway and our kids rented paddle boards and you can drop them in the water right at the dock. So close to great restaurants in westhampton and Hampton bays. Certainly will be coming back!

We stayed for 3 weeks and really warmed up to the area after the first few days. It’s a great location and a great home. If you work remote, it has blazing fast internet and a big table to set up a workstation. The pool was nice and the pool deck has a big table and some loungers to relax and get some sun. We enjoyed drinks in the Adirondack chairs dockside. Close to Hampton Bays, Quogue and Westhampton Beach…you’ll have plenty of beach options. We had a blast!!!

Perfect Summer Rental

Newly renovated, brand new everything … beds, linens, appliances, cookware, smart TV, central HVAC and vacuum. On the water w deep water dock access, small private community perfect for run/walks and bike rides for kids. Excellent communication w owner with attention to every detail. Clean and simple and the perfect getaway from hectic city life.

Great vacation and host, awful experience with Vrbo

We had great time in this absolutely dreamlike home with heated pool! The host has helped us a few time , especially with our miscommunication with VRBO. Unfortunately, we had hard time with Vrbo, forced to call their support line for three times!

Lovely, quiet home on the water with beautiful sunset views… loved sitting on the patio in the morning and taking in the quiet with only the birds in the background with my coffee and croissant. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants (Hampton Bays) and loved our dining out one night at 1 North steak house.

What a wonderful place, the description and photos don’t do it justice! Great location to shops and restaurants on a quiet street (on the water). You couldn’t find a better vacation spot. And did I mention the amazing pool!

A wonderful monthly stay

Everything was new and fresh. We enjoyed being on the water this time. Jim was readily available to address any issues that came up. The beds were very comfortable and two living room spaces came in handy. A bonus was the ability to walk to the bay where the grandchildren could swim! We will be back!
